Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Katie H53 contributionsMinimal queues in December apart from Singha and the rapids. Our favourites were Saufa, the dragon, tower of power & Singha. Had a great day out, spent about 4 or 5 hours there.
Note there are lots of stairs up to the rides.
Beware of the opening and closing times of the bigger rides - some open and close at 1.30pm with only a sign at the ride entrance to warn you. We missed Vulcano and Kinnaree because of this sadly.
€7 to park there or can park at the Mall for free.Written 9 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. After my visit I watched Blackfish movie about orcas and promised myself never to visit this place again.
Fast forward 10 years - I am mum of two little kids visiting Tenerife. At our home, we have annual pass to Wetland centre and we love to visit and watch birds. Therefore, we went to visit Loro Parque (but with very mixed feelings).
Kids loved it. Shows were probably a little bit too boring for very little kids (except sea lions!) but the zoo itself to walk and find different animals and to name them and observe them was fab.
As older mum I really enjoyed new aquarium with coral reef - it’s beautiful.
Please note the parking is 7 euros for full day and I would recommend to take baby carrier on top of buggy.Written 13 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sleep007Lancashire, UK3,278 contributionsAround a 2 hour almost 6 mile walk from our hotel in the centre of Santa Cruz. A much easier €1.25 each 20 minute ride on the 910 Titsa bus on the way back.
A lovely golden sandy clean beach with around half a dozen bars spread equidistant across the beach all offering drinks, food and chargeable sunbeds and umbrella (most a reasonable €6).
Sea calm helped by the manmade defences that act as a small dock for very small boats.

- Debbie H4 contributionsVery reasonable price. Lots of variety but unfortunately due to the time of year not many flowers in bloom. What we did see was beautiful. Would benefit from a little independent drinks van. Ticket man very helpful. Clean toilets.
