Incredible building on every scale- such an undertaking for those who began it, knowing they would never see anything near its completion

Great and amazing views over Toledo. If you are nearby, it is worth standing for a moment admiring the panorama of Toledo. I can't even imagine being in Toledo without seeing the city from the south side. Really fantastic. A great place to visit.

Beautiful monastery, lovely cloister. Included in the pass that gives access to 7 attractions for 10 EUR. Particularly liked the cloister. Very good audioguide.

Historical center of Toledo is very beautiful. Its old town, entered on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is really fascinating, if only because of the unchanged layout it has from the Middle Ages. Walking through its narrow streets will reveal an amazing historic complex in front of us, very lively both inside and out. There are architectural gems of Roman, Visigoth, Arab and Jewish. A real cultural madness and a paradise for history enthusiasts.

Some aspects of this are great. What has been done is done to verybhigh detail; the bottom exposed structure, the miniature soldiers, the displays, the collections and what little of the Civil War is discussed. Especially good is what is discussed and shown about the destruction and now the rebuilt result. It must not really be connected with the Spanish Army as we could not find, or missed anything after the Civil War. The map needs work, directions need work. We did not see the Civil War commanders room or the internal courtyard and we tried to go into the entire place. Early war related displays/history was great and most of everything was also in English.

Great stop after tiring (yet blissful) walks through the winding streets of the old town of Toledo. I went in May & it was hot!! This museum was a welcome respite for the tired feet. Bonus? The owner was very helpful and friendly!. She took time to explain the culinary options and made our tasting experience memorable. Restrooms are for customers and well maintained. I was traveling solo yet got a whole table to myself - no seating in a corner or at the bar. I bought a cheese back to the US (super simple to declare at the customs and no Qs asked). The manchego cheese with pimento sauce is a must try

The view of the city is right out of El Greco. We had a great tour guide and walked all over the Jewish Quarter. The buildings are spectacular. Saw two historic synagogues, visited an Arab bathhouse, and ate marzipan cookies. As noted in another review, there are small blue tiles embedded in the street or walls with Hebrew lettering that indicates that you are in the Jewish Quarter.

When we went entrance was free but even when there is an entrance charge it is very minimal and will be well worth the experience! A beautifully laid out venture, nothing like what you would expect of a museum - certainly not stuffy or dry!! he gardens were a delight and very relaxing to sit in. The artworks of El Greco and his contemporaries and followers were very well presented in a reconstruction of his house that used to stand on this site. It was a fascinating insight into this often controversial artist´s work. Would certainly say this is a must see for anyone visiting Toledo

We paid small entrance fee, and went in for small prayer.
    Nice decorating statues and painting.
It's worth stopping in, while walking the historical city, near the Cathedral.
Built the 12th century, as constructed on the site of an old mosque.
We parked in public garage near by.

A super beautiful medieval bridge. This lovely bridge was constructed in the Middle Ages and dating to around the 13th century. Both sides of the bridge were heavily fortified with towers, the more recent dating from the 16th century. It is worth taking the time to reach this bridge. You can enjoy really beautiful views from here. A wonderful place to spend time. Undoubtedly a place worth visiting when traveling to Toledo.

We enjoyed the beautiful synagogue and small museum located right next to the el Greco museum. Not much of the exhibit was in English, only Spanish.

Access to the city! Monumental and seeble from distance. Best way to access this ancient masterpiece.

Great experience, we had an amazing day. Very nice shows, clean and safe park, good food, wonderful decorations in the park, shows, and shops. Definitely worth a visit.
I would also recommend to see El sueño de Toledo, which was amazing.

The bridge offers a nice view of the Toledo Fortress, as well as the city walls. The bridge itself is also interesting, and there is one of the free parking lots nearby - convenient if you come from another city.
