We had a long wait for the table and the server struggled to hear us with the noise. The ceviche and the châteaubriand were excellent! The red wine we selected Paramos de Legaris is rated 4.1 on Vivino and did not disappoint!
Just beware that this restaurant has a cover charge of 4.80 euros per person, which we thought was a bit excessive.

Enjoying it and dance floor was full! However it was €10 for entry and then the drinks inside became more expensive every hour !! We went early on a Monday evening, so they weren’t busy yet and we were able to relax and chat with the bartender a bit. The cocktails were amazing—they have a menu of specialty Hemingway inspired drinks, but can also do the classics. The bartender clearly enjoyed his craft and artfully made our drinks. This place was slightly difficult to find and not well signposted. We had to ask a couple of people as it was located on the beach under the main area.
We arrived and was given a warm coat and some gloves to wear. We were then taken into the ice bar and told to choose a drink from the menu and that the bar staff would be with us shortly to make the drink of our choice.
We choose our drink, this was made in a glass made of ice and given to us. The bar staff then disappeared as they were also serving in the main bar. The room was not over big, it would have been nice if it was at least twice the size. We took photos of the sculptures, and photos of ourselves with them, which were really good. We had Indiana Jones, a large cup of Pepsi, the bar itself, Jaws, Penny Wise, a seat with a picture of The Joker carved in and king kong. Music was playing and there were disco lights flashing.
The time scale is an hour in the bar, we stayed for about 50 minutes and was then starting to feel cold as cold air would blast through every now and then to keep the room cold so that the sculptures didnt melt.
