Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place is amazing! I’m not normally a fan of museums but this one is great. It is disinter with children in mind-lots of interactive displays for the little ones to get involved in. We were lucky enough to see the music installation too which was exceptional. We spent ages there, exploring sound, banging drums, creating music in different ways. The staff were all lovely and one fabulous security guard found my little girls lost teddy and kept it safe for her.
The ground floor occupied us for several hours and we were delighted with it all which made the long journey in the rain, worthwhile!
There is a rainforest area where you can view animals and fish and a lovely outdoor space too.
Only two negatives were-the entrance hall was not well managed. We queued for 45mins upon arrival and two members of staff on the desk were seriously snowed under.
Also the cafe had hardly any sandwiches and was very full. We managed alright with a strange selection of bits but there was not much food left to choose from at 1.30pm!

Lots to see and signage is easy to understand. Lots of people with young children there, that all seemed to be having a wonderful time.

In a great edifice which is the Seminary is located the museum. Highly regarded for its selections and scientific research it hosts researches from far and wide.

The exhibits are quite interesting. Invertebrate fossils are the predominant study and a large repository is housed here.
