Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Spent a day researching census records for my family genealogy. Staff was very helpful. There is a requirement to lock personal belongings which is intended to protect documents. I was able to photograph the documents I needed to trace my famiily back in time. The census records are not limited to Naples and surrounding towns. The archive includes records for much of Southern Italy.

We were privileged to be taken by our guide into the Foyer and Cloisters of the Archivio. A really peaceful area with beautifully maintained gardens and a number of interesting artworks. Worth seeking out if it is open.

Nice long and ornate government building. Unfortunately the building site in front of it takes a lot away from it but no doubt it will be great when finished.

Very impressive building which is the Bank de Roma and suitably on the busy intersection with a massive statute outside. Guarded by two statutes of Lions. Looks great!

Nothing really interesting and reflects the time in which it was built in terms of poor architecture. The type of building that may look good from the air with the curved shape. Not really worth a visit.
