Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Ro JMiami Beach, FL7 contributionsIt is a beautiful walk! Start at "Lungomare Francesco Caracciolo" and walk along the water all the way to "Statua di Augusto" (google maps for both of those). The park right there at the end is really cute too. - Michael KSan Jose, CA1,144 contributionsWhere is Centro Storico? If you considered everthing included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, then it encompasses a huge area in Naples extending all the way south to Posillipo and beyond. But in Google Maps, Centro Storico is identified as the historic nucleus within a few blocks of Spaccanapoli. Using the latter definition, the narrow streets of Centro Storico is gritty and congested but this is also where you will find many beautiful churches such as Cappella Sansevero, Gesu Nuovo, Santa Chiara, Duomo, to name just a few. Bear in mind that you will be jostling with tour groups that come to the same conclusion that a visit to Naples is not complete without including Centro Storico in the itinerary.Written 27 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Maria HNorfolk, VA16 contributionsA magical little island. We did a boat tour with Dominick. A native from the island. The best part of the tour is when he called his grandma to come out on her porch to wave at us as we were drifting by. I was staying in Pozzuoli so you can take the ferry there for easy day trips. We loved it so much we went back two weekends in a row!Written 9 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
