Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- OasisBound TCalifornia82 contributionsThis is by far our most favorite museum in Naples and Italy. No photos were allowed inside. You have to see the sculptures in person to really admire them. We made reservations online 2 days ahead of time and waited in line for 15 mins before being let through. We would go back here anytime.Written 21 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Karen2 contributionsWe chose the Memory Lane your and enjoyed it very much. I don’t think one should skip it when in Naples. Our guide, Martina, was friendly and did a great job in explaining to us about the history of the tunnels that even my youngest daughter aged 4 was captivated by it! Not only that I learnt from the tour, but I like it that it left an impression on my children. We still talk about Galleria Bourbonica until today 😊Written 17 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Pop F5 contributionsWhen visiting Naples, I highly recommend seeing a performance here rather than simply visiting. How incredible to attend a show in the world's oldest opera house. - VanessaLytham St Anne's, UK4,515 contributionsOur last night staying in Naples, we had an apartment which was overlooking the street. Amazing! We love Naples and we were happy to be back after touring the Amalfi coast.
We threw the bags in the room and immediately started to explore the street and the tiny cobbled alleyways on it.
The people, the smells, the food, cafes, restaurants, shop and music all around.
It's so interesting and has a real vibe to it.
A few people has tried to deter us from staying in Naples, but we felt safe, there was no bother from anyone, it was just locals and tourists enjoying the street and all it has to offer. Definitely recommended!Written 19 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is not merely a place; it is a wonderful community that embraces you with its warmth. The finest cuisine in the world is undoubtedly found here, in the city where pizza was born. The potato pasta is exceptional, and the "genovese" pasta is exquisite. A week is far too short; I should have spent more time here.Written 2 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
