Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Francesca was our wonderful guide on this tour of Murano and Burano.

On the boat to and from the islands, Frankie shared so much valuable information on the history of Venice and the islands that really added to our enjoyment and knowledge of the city and how it was settled so long ago.
The Murano glass demonstrations by the masters was fascinating, as was shopping and delicious lunch in the charming village on Burano.

The glamorous wooden speed boat back to Venice with the glass ceiling was the icing on the cake as it wound through the canals back to Piazza San Marco.

We highly recommend booking this trip. Ask for Francesca!

It was absolutely amazing! Stefania and her husband Ralph were great. Stefania is very nice, fun, and knowledgeable. She would tell us all the history of the places we passed by. The views along the drive to the dolomites were amazing. The views of the dolomites itself was breath taking. Pictures don't do it justice! We took the snow mobile and it was so fun (highly recommended if you're planning to go during the winter time). It was one of the best day trips we did in Italy. Highly, highly recommended!

Having had the opportunity to visit two of the most famous and wonderful islands in the Venetian lagoon was truly a unique experience! Our guide Matteo was very knowledgeable and very nice during the whole trip.

The show offered by the master glassmakers of Murano was something absolutely exceptional!

I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Osvaldo's work is amazing! I have high expectations and he exceeded them all. He's got an eye for great photos (works well with kids, too!) and knows all of the perfect photo spots around Venice. He was practically our tour guide, too, showing us the great spots around the city and offering restaurant recommendations. Highly, highly recommend!

this review is LONG overdue but necessary-
We were a bit late in deciding on a tour to taste prosecco and emailed Italy tours and more directly to ask if we could put something together and Riccardo responded immediately to assist. He was so gracious to take us on a full day private tour ON HIS DAY OFF.
We went to Vigna de Sara as well as La Casa Vecchia for Valdobbiadene tastings. Both places had spectacular views, as well as delicious tastings, with generous refills. <3
We made friends with another group that had 2 people that needed to break off due to a schedule conflict. Riccardo was trying to figure out how to make it work and we said have the 4 remaining people come with us, and we could continue the tour. We were happy to have shared the experience with the group, it was so fun!
We shared a ride then to Casa Vecchia was was by far and away the jewel of our time in Italy. Our host as well as the (dont call it prosecco) Valdobbiadene was so so so so delicious.

The whole experience was incredible, and we are so thankful Riccardo was accommodating to our short notice and flexible even while the tour was happening, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to ANYONE travelling to Venice for a trip to taste some bubbles :)

Our guide, Simone, was the perfect guide. Funny, relaxed, knowledgeable, patient, and he was strategic about how we toured. He offered our group the opportunity to do a couple of small walks around mountain lakes, which the three couples readily agreed to do. He gave us history and my favorite part was how much he talked about habits, routines and nuances of Italian life. Very lovely. The day went quickly and was worth every penny. Stunning locations. I wish I had booked him for a longer hiking tour!

Valerio is an excellent and knowledgeable guide . In the tour, we learnt about movies but also about the history of the city, which was great. We discovered some hidden spots too. So definitely recommend.

I loved the tour! Everything went well, we were very well received, the guide was incredible, polite and revealed stories of the great Basilica and Marco Polo's former residence. Finally we had a gondola ride in Campo San Moisé, passing along the grand canal.

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I write this review for Caterina. In researching something fun to do while we were vacationing in Venice I came across Caterina’s tour to the motor valley, which specifically included a meet and greet with Fabio Lamborghini as well as a tour of the Pagani Factory and the Ferrari Museum. I inquired about the tour and within minutes Caterina got in touch with me and explained in great detail what was included. I immediately booked the tour 2 days before the tour. Caterina stayed in touch with me leading up to the meetup time. The tour was a Christmas present for my 25 year old son who is a car enthusiast. When we met up with Caterina we immediately knew we were going to have a great time. She was very knowledge, personable and quite funny. We had a wonderful time on the ride from Venice to motor valley early in the morning. We were so impressed with a personal guided tour of the Lamborghini Museum with Fabio Lamborghini himself, nephew of Feruccio Lamborghini. After the awesome tour we went to the Bull Bar across the street and my son and I took the Aventador Lamborghini for a test drive on the streets of Sant’Agata Bolognese. Was amazing. Definitely worth the money and worth buying the recorded video (just make sure you download it from we transfer link as soon as they send it to you).

After the exhilarating tour and test drive, we were treated to a delicious lunch at a local authentic Italian restaurant with Caterina and Fabio. To break bread and have a glass of wine in Italy with such a highly regarded Family as Lamborghini was actually the highlight of my son’s trip to Europe; truth be told, I also enjoyed my time with Fabio during lunch. He has great stories to tell about his family and Lamborghini and is very personable.

After our time with Lamborghini we ventured over to Pagani factory and were able to see first hand how the vehicles are assembled and learn the history of Pagani. Following the Pagani tour we went on a self guided tour of the Ferrari museum which was quite fun.

The value received for the money paid to Caterina is tremendous. This tour is one of the BEST tours in all of Europe. We bonded with Caterina and cannot wait to meet up with her again this year when we head back
To Italy. She has become part of our extended family. Once we arrived back to the USA a few days before Christmas, we received such a warm video message and thank you from Caterina, which included photos from our tour.

In closing, I highly recommend that you take this tour with Caterina. You can reach her at +39 393 8270939. You will be impressed!

We had a great time with Valerio!
We took this tour on the first day of our visit and it was just perfect. A good balance between informations and fun facts. He is a true local Venitian and it makes the diffence, you can feel it like the way he shows you the streets. He gave us plenty of tips and recommendations for things to do and where to eat and drink. I will definitly recommend this tour if you wanna get the vibe of Venice!
