- Louise W197 contributionsWe had just done the Heineken tour before this micro brewery which we had pre planned doing both and what a difference from price of entry to actual experience.
This is a small bar inside a
Windmill and you pay a small fee to hear the history within a time a lot. The guy doing the experience was great, gave you the background history to now and was funny. You got a small taster within the time. It’s short and sweet but I learnt more about this miscro brewery than I did walking around the giant Heineken experience
Having to read up on everything myself.
After you can go and enjoy food and drinks in the very busy bar with a great atmosphere. Having a drink in the foyer with an amazing view before a concert is not something to forget quickly. The main hall is wonderfully designed with a very modern look. Mostly drinks available either by day or night but since we were there earlier and were lacking breakfast took sandwich toasts which were in my sincere opinion too basic - slice of ham followed by a cheese slice in a toasted bread with a little to be called salty price sticked to it . However good that they offer a snack next to a coffee which was, to be said, pretty decent. - Andimau5Glasgow, UK37 contributionsMe and my mate arrived one afternoon, walking in I felt an indie vibe, very chill. The bartender was pleasant and everyone there were friendly to us. We played pool, only 2 euros, fantastic and the table and cues were well maintained. The drinks were great value for the Leidseplein area as I've paid way more for less at other venue's only minute's away. I would recommend for this place for music lovers. Only fault, we turned up at 3pm which we had booked a few weeks prior to be told then don't open until 3.45.
