Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My partner and myself come here sometimes for an opera. The main hall is quite beautiful and looks well-maintained. During the interval, it's quite a pleasure to sit down in the big foyer on the 1st floor while enjoying a cup of coffee. If i may say so, i find peace of mind whenever i am inside this building🎄🎄🎄

This theatre is beautiful in both the bar/restaurant and the auditorium. Plush red seats, gold and white walls - large, grand rooms for entertaining. Extremely impressive and a wonderful venue to see some quality live performance in Amsterdam.

Once a month in de Stopera of Amsterdam you can listen to beautiful arias from different operas. The mezzosoprano Mylou Mazali gives a brief explanation about the songs you are going to hear. Every month there are different operas and different opera singers. They also perform arias from not so well known operas, like Djamileh by Bizet.

When I was there they performed one of my favorite arias, Nessun Dorma from Turandot by Puccini. So if you like arias or if you want to get acquainted in an accessible way with opera and arias. Go see Opera per Tutti in the Stopera in Amsterdam. The agenda is on their website.
