Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Reinier is an amazing and caring guide, he prepared power banks, umbrellas, waters and even Tylenol for us during the tour just in case someone needs them. He was also very knowledgeable about all things Netherlands and answered all our questions expertly.

A wonderful experience in a more personal trip than to be in a big bus exploring three beautiful cities. Alex helped us know much about the history behind all the places, ensured we have ample time to explore them ourselves, helped us have time enough for breaks and got us back to his van before calling it a day. Highly recommended for anyone willing to visit Delft, Hague and Rotterdam in a day.

Really insightful tour :) Diego was a great guide and gave us a lot of information and we got to see a lot in one day which would not be possible without a vehicle. Our favourite parts were tasting the different cheeses and visiting the shops in Volendam!

Great trip to wonderland on blessed sunny day. Overall great experience. Thanks to Jay and Schekel (forgive me if spelling wrong). Jay was wonderful with stories and very informative. Driver was friendly and very safe hands. Everything was planned by tour operator to the minute with adequate time. Thanks again for wonderful trip.

Arrived early, the Amster Dammes were extremely friendly, the eBikes were in excellent condition. Chloe was a great guide, gave clear instructions, kept us all safe, and we even got to meet her Mum! Nice small tour group, and the pace was perfect.

If you're in Amsterdam and want to enjoy an excellent tour I cannot recommend this tour highly enough

We had an amazing day with Elias as our guide. He was great with the kids and very informative.
We loved De Zaanse Schans where we saw Clogs being made, lots of old windmills and we went to the top of the paint Windmill.
We went to Henri Willig Cheese makers. We got to pat the calves, see the electronic milking, see cheese being made and taste 31 varieties of cheese including Lavender cheese.
We also went to Volendam and saw the old houses and ate Poffertjes (mini fat pancakes) and Stroopwafels.
Elias also gave us a great drive around Amsterdam while our baby slept.

We had a wonderful day with Philip who showed us the Holland countryside, complete with a thorough explanation of the dams and canals, the windmills as we visited a charming part of the country. It was a joy to spend the day with Philip. He had us laughing as well as feeding our curiosity for the area. Thanks so much for a say we will remember!

The nine (9) hour Keukenhof Tulip Gardens and Zaanse Windmill Tour was spectacular. We spent the morning in Zaanse viewing the windmills and historical village, and visiting a local dairy farm/ cheese and wooden clog manufacturing facility. Each stop provided its own historical interest and photographic opportunities. We then traveled on our private bus to the Keukenhof Tulip Gardens. Let me start by saying that we missed the height of the blooming season by several weeks (an early Spring in the Netherlands). That said the gardens are spectacular. It is hard to believe that the gardens are only open 2.5 months each year during the blooming season. Even without the full glory of the tulips the grounds are beautiful. To compensate for an early Spring, the gardens provided hundreds of temporary planters filled with beautiful tulips and daffodils to appease the late flock of tourists. The sculpture and rhododendrons (and other woody flowering bushes) are amazing. We took hundreds of photographs to remember the experience. To top off our experience, we purchased five dozen tulip and daffodil bulbs that will be shipped to my home in October that I will enjoy for years to come. A wonderful day well worth the price.

Good opportunity to see the windmills at Zaanse Schans including a working mill grinding peanuts for oil.
We enjoyed the Volendam cheese shop with a brief overview of cheese making and had time in Volendam to look around, have lunch and include a waffle making demonstration.
We then took the ferry to Marken for an interesting clog making demo start and the opportunity to try out clogs. We felt rather rushed here and would have liked a little time to look around Marken.
Good guides, plenty of information and a comfortable coach. Many thanks Lara, Erich and Chris the driver.

The your was too long 3 hrs to get there, 1.5 hrs in Bruge then 3 hrs back. Beautiful place, should’ve skipped this time. We left at 8:00am and got back at night time. I was exhausted, too far to travel on a day trip.

Very nice day trip to Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hague. Loved seeing the yellow houses in Rotterdam and Delft especially. Our guide, Pete, was very good! Only suggestion would be that it would be nice to rotate seats in the minivan, like they do on guided tour buses, so the same people are not always stuck in the back with limited visibility! And for the guide to be careful of making derogative jokes and remarks against those from certain countries, which is very hurtful to those with family from that country!!

Simon was a great guide, and he kept a good pace for the tour. It felt like a good mix of guided group time and independent exploration. We had a nice small group of 8, so we got to ask all the questions we wanted. Zaanse Schans was beautiful, but my favorite thing was the boat tour in Giethorne. Would highly recommend.
