Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An intro to the two famous picturesque cities of Belgium. With this excursion, you get a 30 minute walking tour in both cities, transport, and recommendations from a guide. It’s great if you don’t want to spend a lot of time in the cities and want to just glimpse the main attractions and sites but I would not recommend it if you want to take your time.

A town worth visiting. Amazing views, delicious chocolates (for chocolate lovers) and a thousand different beers to chose from (for beer lovers).

Amazing tour in Bruges with an excellent guide, learned a lot about the beautiful city! Worth it! However the boat tour done after seemed shorter than expected. If only it was longer. All combined makes a great experience.

Organized tour via 2hour bus ride from Brussels. Once you arrive at the parking area you have a bathroom break - make sure you have change for the toilet. Casual guided walk to and through the cobblestone town. A chocolate tasting is included with 3 hours free time for lunch, breweries and shopping. You can take a boat tour though the canals for 12euro. Very picturesque town.

The trip was amazing. The bus was comfortable and took approximately 3 hours to get there. We had a 1 hour tour of the city and then 3 1/2 hours for sightseeing but it just wasn't enough. There is so much to see and do. The waffles and fries are incredible and bought lots of chocolate...so good.

Took this tour to get a little of the guided visit and have free time to explore on our own. Our guide Sergio was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and funny throughout the entire tour. He made the trip even that more enjoyable. The places were amazing (separate reviews coming). If you visit Brussels then Buendia Tours is who you should use. Great all around and we had a blast.

Had a great time with Martin! We did a private tasting tour- which we are very happy about! Martin showed great knowledge of the history of Brugge, and was a guide which were easy to talk to! The private tour was great, and Martin let us choose what foods to try when! Thank you !

    Great tour. Excellent guide.
    Perfect way to experience Bruges
Would have been even better with a beer or coffee stop en route!

    I would thoroughly recommend.

When in Rome... we learnt how to make pasta, so on our first ever trip to Belgium, there was only one choice... chocolate!
We read the reviews for various experiences on TA and plumbed for this one, about 15 minutes from the city centre, although I did panic when we arrived that I'd got the wrong address as it was a quiet road and no obvious signs of any chocolate class! Fortunately we were met at the door by Ami and she found our booking and sent us to put on our aprons!
For the next two hours, we mixed, stirred, poured and dipped our fingers in melted Belgian chocolate as Ami talked us through the various steps needed to become master chocolatiers (well, maybe semi pros!).
Each step was special, but the mixing of the ganache and then choosing the various fillings (nuts, sprinkles, strawberry syrup, honey etc) was the best and the whole experience flew-by.
Ami was great, super-helpful and patient and we had an absolute blast!
This was a seriously special day and we would recommend this to anyone coming to Brussels.

Amazing tour around Bruges with Martin, our guide. Me and my family loved the tour and all the magic of the city’s history. He showed us various curiosities about every important point in the city and showed us how passionate he is about its history.
    A must do!

Bruges and Ghent in one day

My husband and I spent a marvellous day in these 2 medieval cities. The driver and the guide were wonderful. We even had time for the boat trip in Ghent.
    Thank you!

We learnt so much about the history, culture and architecture of Bruges and our guide recommended the best places to try local Belgian beer, fries, waffles and chocolate. He also took us to a lovely chocolate shop where we were given free truffles and a (small) 5% discount, but there was no pressure or obligation to buy anything. We had a great time and would definitely use this company again.
