    Amazing
    Lovely staff!
    My sister and I had a 30 minutes foot massage, felt like we where walking on moon after! So lovely 🤩 they don’t take payment Visa card put ATM was just around the corner so it was okay.

    Review of: ReiCha Yoga & Ayurveda
    Amazing fly yoga (anti gravity yoga) experience
    We initially wanted an outdoor yoga experience as part of a hen party activity but decided to do an indoor fly yoga (anti gravity yoga) due to cold weather. What an amazing experience! The yoga teacher was very patient, thorough and walked us through each poses and corrected us where necessary. We had an amazing time trying different poses and taking lots of photos! We then had 1 hour relaxing massage at the yoga studio. It was very relaxing. We were served delicious hot herbal tea at the waiting area downstairs. I thoroughly recommend!

    Review of: Ministry of Yoga
    Fantastic yoga space
    Most lovely experience to have had in lisboa. Zoe, the owner, is an amazing yoga teacher made me feel safe & comfortable. So appreciated finding an English speaking yoga studio. Have been here for a few classes & the other teachers are great also. Recommend this place highly. Such a good feel & good vibes 🥰

    Review of: Ashtanga Yoga Alges
    Practice Ashtanga Yoga in a beautiful place, with a good teacher
    Ashtanga yoga mysore classes. Everyday from monday to friday, (except full or new moon), the CDO opens its doors by the hands of Tiago Doria, to welcome students of any level or new students, and also drop ins for 10 euros per class. Its mysore style, so you can take your time and garanteed atention from the teacher, who is one of the most patient persons I've ever met.
    The palace is a good place to practice, either you are beginning, advanced or just visiting Portugal.
    You can get there easily by train to Algés (Estoril line), or tram nr 15.
    Tiago has recently come back from a 3 month stay at Ashtang Yoga Research Institute where he was studying under Sharath Jois, and teaches regularly in Northern Spain too.
    Good place, good teacher, a must do.
