Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a pleasure today of taking the Greek food walking tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide,Alexandra, was amazing as she was so knowledgable and made the tour fun and informative. We experienced many delightful Greek foods such as the best spanakopita, bougatsa, and gyros. We also had a lovely taverna lunch with moussaka, Greek salad, grilled eggplant annd ouzo. The loukoumades (similar to churros) with honey or chocolate that dripped down your chin were amazing. We also had an olive, wine and vinegar tasting conducted by Alexandra with a story of how Athens got its name. Would highly recommend and Alexandra!!

Incredible tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He helped us with our couples' photos at every key photo spot. We had a nice lunch at a family owned restaurant with delicious home cooked food. The restaurant at our evening stop was overpriced, and my samdwich was stale. If the tour buses had another choice of an alternative evening stop, I would recommend they find a better place. Other than that, it was an absolutely amazing experience!

Great crew and good food. Lunch included chicken, pork, rice, Greek salad, pita, pasta, and all the fixings. Crew was there to serve you beer, wine, soft drinks, water and specialty punch drinks. On shore, try the pistachio shop.

We only had one day in Athens to get the major sites done, so we picked this tour due to the reviews and what it included. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and a wonderful photographer. We were running 5 minutes behind and they were more than accommodating to assist with helping us catch up to the group. Not sure if it was just our group, but it was a very small amount of people in our tour (14 people) which we found to be a good size. I highly recommend using this company when you are in Athens.

This was a fantastic tour made all the better by our guide Manos, who was so kind and accommodating and treated us like family. Whatever we wanted to do, Manos was willing to accommodate with a smile. His sense of humor and warmth was truly special. In addition, his insider knowledge of the city was unmatched, and we learned so much. We also had the best meal ever on this tour.

Could not recommend it any more strongly!

The bus driver is very friendly and helpful. All in all good value and good experience. The ear phones works fine but the connectors and control on the bss receptacles have some worn out units. One connector is stuck in some other language than English and the channel switch does not work. another receptacle have only one side of the audio working. We had to switch to different seat to get better connection. Some of the busses have no cover on the upper deck. On a sunny day, sun screen is recommended. On a rainy day, rain gear would be needed. But that seems to be the same for all 3 different lines, I see the same for the red bus and the yellowish green Gray line buses. We took the inner city orange route and the yellow green beach route. But on the way back from the yellow green route we got stuck in traffic jam and did not have enough time to take the blue route.

Periklis was absolutely fabulous! We didn’t realize that it would just be the two of us and him. His knowledge of the area was incredible and his personality was delightful. It is the most enjoyable tour that we have taken, and we have taken a lot of tours all over the world. We would highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Periklis!!!

We are definitely returning to Athens. Had only one day in this city & fortunate to have Konstantinos as our guide. Points of interests ranged from historic to trivia. Learned so much in our five hours with this intelligent, kind and fun man. We are taking home a dose of love Konstantinos has for Athens, his Country and its people. Many thanks. FANTASTIC TOUR!

We were a couple and went to Santorini for 3 nights then Athens for 2 nights. Santorini we stayed at the Atlantis in Fira (the best place to stay and mid-city on the water and tourist area) close to everything and at least 15 restaurants walkable in 5 minutes. Hotel is 3.5-4 stars with great Caldera view in a caldera view room. Best hotel view ever, and Best complimentary hotel breakfast in Santorini of Greek and American and continental specialties. For our first dinner we went to Naoussa, which was 1 minute walk from hotel and awesome traditional Greek cuisine. At 7pm-8pm the owner came out and threw plates and had everyone yelling OPA! Great non-quiet atmosphere but a fun welcoming intro to GREECE!. We also went to Ouzeqi restaurant twice, a 4 minute walk from hotel and had awesome innovative seafood and huge portions. We also took a caldera view sunset cruise which was switched on us for approaching bad weather to a daytime cruise. Switched the boat as well to a luxury catamaran. If you don't like baby roller coasters do not do this cruise. But this was awesome of excellent BBQ lunch cooked on board and unlimited wine. The crew was great, accommodating also even for a 10 year old child on board. They entertained the child while her traveling companions were seasick. Nobody else was seasick, not even ME. ... We walked cobblestone streets like crazy. Eventually flew to Athens and had enough time there to enjoy an Athens foodie walking tour with Get Your Guide's tour guide Voula. What a lovely lady guide and very knowledgeable. Stayed at the Acroplis Ami "Boutique hotel, a 2.5-3 star basic hotel experience. tiny room and no in-room coffee maker. But a very good hotel breakfast. The top floor 180 view breakfast/bar faced the Acropolis for awesome evening and day views. The bartender Jiannis was a lovely bonus and even brought his 60's music laptop to the bar for my (and everyone's listening pleasure). The man served Ouzo on ice with a sidekick of glass of water. WWWowww! .... A flight issue: The only annoying thing was the flight from Frankfurt Germany to Santorini: Discover Airlines for 2.7 hours and the only nonstop airline. Even coffee and Coke (soft drinks) were at a cost of 7,50Euros for the 2 items. That's right folks, what a rip-off. Never hears of an airline charging for a stinking soft drink or coffee. But, highly recommend Santorini as a destination worth seeing. Jill in Los Angeles CA
