- Lora D1 contributionMy husband and I recently participated in a private tour through Anna's arrangements. Our guide, Marin, was amazing!! He arrived on time to our hotel reception area and spent the day driving us from Innsbruck to Bavaria so that we could visit the Neuschwanstein Castle. It was incredible! Marin talked with us along the drive and told us so many stories and shared details that we would not have gotten otherwise. He stayed with us every step of the way, right up until we entered the castle, so that we would not get lost. Know that one cannot just 'show up' and purchase a ticket to this castle. We saw people try to do that and they were gravely disappointed. Working through Anna and Marin, the 'ticket lady' was ready for us and there was no delay or question that we would be able to tour the castle. The information was interesting! Note that there are about 200? steps within the castle itself. As an aside, there is another castle within sight of Neuschwanstein, and my husband and I also got tickets for it. It was wonderfully authentic and rustic. The guide within the castle was excellent and allowed for questions. Marin accompanied so there was no question where to go. It allowed for a very comfortable, 'non stress', beautiful day. On the drive back to Innsbruck he shared even more information about Ludwig II to augment what we had learned. We had an excellent experience. Yes, this event costs money, but we felt we really got our money's worth! Anna's communication was helpful and reassuring. Marin was an excellent guide and we highly, highly recommend Anna for our arrangements and our guide Marin was absolutely wonderful. - W S1 contributionDay trip with Anna was wonderful. Anna was kind, joyful, knowledgeable and funny. The tour was the perfect birthday gift for myself: memorable and largely worth it. I would want to return for another discovery experience with Anna. The culinary part was a small part of the tour, but enjoyable because the food was definitely part of the culture. Luc was very personable and a lot of fun to tour with. We were so pleased that we got to see so much in such a short period. We could not have seen all these amazing places on our own. The Swarovski Crystal Museum itself was a radiant wonderland, and Anna's guidance illuminated every facet of this captivating attraction. Her recommendations on must-see exhibits and hidden gems added depth and richness to our visit. Thanks to Anna's knowledge and insights, our time at the museum was not just informative but also thoroughly enjoyable.
I can confidently say that this private half-day tour to the Swarovski Crystal Museum exceeded all my expectations. There was information about the history of each bar and also exciting informations about the cocktails. Viktoria leads the tours with a lot of humor and competence. It was just fun!
After this tour, I began to understand that the preparation of cocktails goes far beyond mixing alcoholic beverages and is actually an art.
