He didn't rush even though we went longer than the expected, 2.5 hours. He talked about Vienna's history, good and bad, and the landmark buildings. - scotia11650Richmond, Canada39 contributionsWe loved our food walking tour. Our guide Peter spent the whole day with us - literally the whole day. We met at 9:30am and we finished our last eating part at 4:30pm. If you take this tour, you will be eating all day.
I remember thinking at the start whether I would actually be full by the end of the day and I absolutely was. My 23 year old son who eats non stop was also full.
Peter was an amazing guide and gave our small group great insight into Austria from so many different perspectives.
At first glance, I wondered whether this might be too expensive but I would suggest that it was absolutely worth while. Not only did we have 6 separate food stops throughout the day, Peter took us on the subway to several different areas within Vienna that we would never have known to check out.

We were shown a map of the concert hall which seemed large, the ticket seller said it was nearly sold out but that he had two seats near the back and would sell them them for €32 each. We purchased them due to the value and we wanted to experience some Vienna music on our last night. We were left a little disappointed to find that the concert was held in a small room holding approximately 150 chairs! Saying all that, the show was amazing with English commentary before each piece, we felt like we got a very intimate show in the end.
