A nicely chosen repertoire of pieces for the venue, and it was an added pleasure to see the young (20s, early 30s) musicians seeming to enjoy their performance (especially the young lady on viola the evening I attended, 18 May 2022; loved her expressions to the music). If you have time to attend just one performance during your visit to Vienna, you can't go wrong with this one.

A note: The details about COVID-19 protocols listed for this experience are no longer valid. Currently, the description says that "Between every seat there is 1m distance" and "Social distancing enforced throughout experience." This is no longer the case, every seat was filled plus 2 chairs in the aisle at each row, and there is no mask requirement. These were OK with me, but be advised in case this is an important consideration for you.

Enjoyed the whole concert, would recommend.
Only negative was lots of steps to the floor where the concert was staged and further down to the toilets On raising my concerns with a staff member l was informed there was a lift in the far corner of the room. This should have been pointed out before everyone climbed 3 flights of stairs or there should be clear signage

The setting at St Anne's Church(Kirche) was beautiful. I recommend locating the church in advance so you know where to go for the concert as it is in a small passageway not far from the House of music. The musicians were excellent, they played 3 pieces from Mozart, Hayden and Beethoven
With an encore by Schubert. They played with passion and exuberance. Highly recommend this activity.

Took an elderly relative to the show and she absolutely love it. All kinds of music that she knew and adored. The dinner was just so so if I’m being brutally honest although staff and service was excellent at all times.
If we came again I think there’s more value eating elsewhere and just arrive for the show.. you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing! The highlight of our trip to Vienna! The musicians were stunning, especially the lead violinist, whose passion and genius shone through. Totally unmissable!

So I was worried. I am a classical musician at heart (super serious in my younger years more of a hobbiest now to give an idea of my background).I saw these guys all over the street dressed in Mozart garb and turned to my partner and was like uhh I'm sorry I think we may of bought tickets to a tourist trap. So we did. I mean it seemed to be a bit campy and a bit of a tourist trap. But it wasn't bad. It's not like a community theater. Certainly not the vienna phil but very entertaining. The conducter made it fun and engaging. The music was pretty well done. There were some pieces I am well familiar with and have played (think memorized as audition pieces ) and they were well done. Common recognizable pieces were played. Also I accidentally let them choose our seats (I think there's an option for this). I got the cheapest 55 euro tickets and bought them before we got to Vienna. We somehow landed in 2nd row seats to the right of the stage which were fantastic. Not sure how we pulled that off but it was awesome. The seats fyi are super close together (someone mentioned fire hazard of a theater and this is sadly on point) but we had the row to ourselves although the theater itself was quite full. Tip:they make you check your coats (we guessed because the seats are so darn close together) and charge a euro or two per coat. Some of the more well versed theater goers brought one of those packable bags and put the coats in there for the duration of the show. It saves money but perhaps more importantly time. And also checking your coat next to some random persons coat who you don't know (as someone with lots of allergies this is a concern of mine).Oh also the theater itself is out of this world. It's opulent beautiful and just a work of art.

Wanting to hear a bit of the music of the local composers we chose this dinner and concert venue. It was a dinner beginning at 18:00 witht the concert to follow at 20:00. The dinner offered a two choices of each course. The food was tasty, but serving sizes a bit small. Drinks are not included, but reasonable. The seating was a bit slow as people dribbled in slowly. Service a bit slow for my liking, but it all worked out well once they got started. It is difficult to serve a large group. The music started promptly at 20;20 as seaging there was a bit slow and difficult due to the number of people. The music was very good. The ensemble was very good and they played mostly strauss and Mozart as advertised. A pleasant surprise of dancers and singers added to this. At the intermission some drinks were served and I'm not sure how to get them as we didn't partake. Sadly, many of the patrons were unable to honor the no photograph request and getting in and out was a little bit like a rush hour subway ride in New York. This is due to the guest, and not the venue. A nice evening and I'd do it again.

All three musicians were phenomenal. The pianist, Dushan Sretovic, is a joy to watch perform. And he told me that he would have MIDIs available so he can play our (player) piano at home!

We were happy with our decision to buy category B tickets. Excellent acoustics and visibility to B section. No reason to buy first row or cat A if not any specific reason.

They played many famous songs, some with singers or dancers which was nice! Please note that the orchestra can be only 8 players as we experienced but they did great with that combination. However, the last one - Radetzky March - wasn't as pompous as it should be without all the instruments.

Not the cheapest experience, but worth the money. 65 e per ticket for 2 hours of great music. 20 mins break for a class of prosecco or you can have before the show. Please be early if you have cat B/C tickets. The seats are free to choose among the category.

Make no mistake, this is not a sophisticated dinner or a sophisticated evening; it is designed for large groups of extra-european tourists and you can't expect sophistication. However, it is all very well designed and organised, and it turns out to be a pleasant event, even if you know Vienna very well. The venues is the cellar of the City hall (the name says it), and it is incredibly vast, with long corridors sided with elegant dining rooms. The Austrian Dinner Show is in the farthest room, and you won't be alone. The food is average ("traditional"), so is the service, so are the drinks. Fixed menu, no choice - but they do accommodate for any individual needs (gluten-free, no beef, etc.) The show is also average in its inception, but it turns out to be very pleasant. The music (a piano, two violins, a cello and a flute) plays a first half of country folk songs, and a second part of more formal operetta arias. The two dancers are very good, and the four singers are good actors - and a soprano in particular has a great voice. In all, a pleasant evening.

We had a lovely time at the Schorborn, the musicians were fantastic and it was quite moving, especially when they played the Blue Danube. The only down side was the heat, it was so warm and we had to wear masks which made it even more uncomfortable. We then went for dinner at Cafe Landtmann which was a 3 course Austrian meal. We really enjoyed our evening.
