Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A small museum with friendly staff to tell you about the different exhibition sections/rooms. We left knowing more about Llandudno and when we visited the top floor which had a display of dolls houses we have the pleasure of chatting to the lady that builds them. Very informative, thank you to all the staff.

I have so many fond memories of this place as a child. It was owned by my great uncle Don so we would often be there as children, in the main auction room and upstairs in the offices. Great memories.

We love the antique shop and make a point of visiting every time we visit Llandudno.
The owner is lovely and extremely helpful. There is a great selection from pictures, jewellery and ornaments.
You should be warned though that the little dog isn’t child friendly due to an incident where he was hurt and the owner will advise you not to allow children near the dog.

I visit llandudno often and came across this Antique centre about a year ago.
I was amazed what they sell and buy in the shop.
Something for all. It's a real treasure hunt.
Collect tables of all kinds. I can spend at least half an hour looking through these antiques.
It was on T.V. showed 13.11.23. by the road show for antiques." Flog it"
The person that owns the.shop is very helpful as are all the staff that works there.
If you can't find the last ornament or collectible. I'm sure they have it in the shop or can advise you where you can find it.
Best shop in Llandudno to browse around. It is small but packed with items.
    Worth a visit

Found this marvellous chocolate shop whilst visiting Llandudno for the Christmas market. It is well stocked with amazing hand made chocolates which are all made in their own factory premises along the road. They also do chocolates experience days where you can see them being made. We brought a selection of heart shaped boxes filled with our choice of chocolates and there were lots of different boxes to choose from. Such a warm friendly couple running the shop. Will call in again when in Llandudno or you can order online if not.

From the station and about 100m on your right find this styish, welcoming gallery. Art to interpret and a bright airy restaurant that is quiet and relaxing. There is a choice of light tasty meals and snacks with many cakes to tempt. Enjoy with a. glass of wine.
Staff are friendly and efficient and like to chat.

No receipt available. Our breakfast treat was horrible. Cold food served before our drinks. We were so hungry after our long walk. What a let down. Without exaggeration, we spend thousands of pounds at the Llandudno branch of M&S. In my opinion the restaurant is deteriorating and letting the store down. I expected a refund and was offered cake!
    Such a let down

My wife and I have been going to this retail park since it was built; my wife is disabled and there's always problems trying to park in this retailpark, but it has never really bothered us much as we've never seen a sign saying there were any parking restrictions in place. My wife can park for 3 hours on double lines if she can't find somewhere to park, so I'd never really expected restrictions to be the same as parking on double yellows.

Having received this parking fine we have been back to the retail park today to look for the signs as we'veneverseen any there; we did fine one, but it was so high up and the writing so small even if I had have seen it I wouldn't have been able to read it anyway.

I honestly don't mind paying for parking if we have to, but this is a con, it's a way of making money, if you go into just 50% of the shops for 20 minutes and nip to McDonald's you definitely don't have time within this 3 hours limit do this and remember that there's only approximately 20 shops in the whole retail part, so this is ridiculous.

    DISABLED
I don't understand why they don't give morethan the max 3 hours parking limit than the government allow. On principle I'm going to park on the road outside the shop I want to go into next time we have to go to this retail park, I will never use this parking area again.
I'll park on the road and I'll morethan likely be nearer to the shop I need to go in.

I think this is totally disgusting. If you want people to pay for parking then that is OK, but, you have to be fair and put your signage in an area that it can be seen by everyone and the writing has to be large enough for everyone to see. If not its just a way of making money from unsuspecting people.
