Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great idea, to have lovely artwork dotted around the town centre, just remember to look higher than your own eyeline, much of the art is on the side of buildings above head height. Gallery town has a website that tells you about new exhibits worth looking out for.

    My first visit.
Both an indoor market and an adjoining outdoor market.
I visited them on Friday lunchtime.
The indoor market was 90% let.
The outdoor market was 5% let, perhaps Saturday will be busier.
Anyway the indoor market was ok and lots of cheap stuff as it should be.

Good quality meat & vegetables sold here. Friendly stall holders & we also had a nice cup of tea & a snack at lunchtime. All very acceptable & will visit again in the near future.

If you want good food and drink in fantastic surroundings, this is the place to go.
The church has original woodwork and the pulpit and organ add to the ambiance. Lots of nooks and crannies, tiny doors and the possibility of stumbling across secret passageways. Absolutely worth repeat visits.
The shop is full of fascinating knicks and knacks and magical doodads. I will be back soon.

This little bit of Rotherham is turning into quite an artful cosmopolitan place, in a small but I bet growing way. The gifts and art in here are just lovely and even better all local.

The tourist info centre is also placed in here with plenty of information on events and things to see.

I visit this particular establishment all the time. They are so friendly and so caring. I never struggle with being able to feel relaxed and the staff here are so friendly. I never regret spending money here. The bathbombs and clothes they have here are definatly top quality products. I come here all the time and without fail I find something new to buy. Everything i get from here from the lederman jackets to the bathbombs are well worth the money and a bargain compared to other places. Its well worth the visit. The staff are so friendly. They never crowd or ignore other customers and they always are very helpful. Well worth the trip. If i could give the establishment a 10/10 i would but unfortunatly tripadviser only allowes me to tell them they are excellant :) they are far beyond what i expected and i have never regretted a single penny i have spent here

Im very upset after toodays visit in this store.
I was shopping with wife and 2 litle kids 2 nad 4 years old. Im aware of all restrictions due to co-vid19 so i take asda shop trolley to put my kids in and avoid them running, touching everything and possibly spreading a virus.
After i spent a time in a queue "door man" (this guy who is counting people and letting in) stoped me and say that i can't take trolley from other store in as its unsanitised. I said ok give me primark one.
    Buy they dont have any!
I explained that im responsible father and i sanitised it before i put kids in (actually i did it with surface cleaner) and its only for safety reason to keep them in due to pandemic.
But 2 rude primark guys told me just NO TROLLEYS with no disscussion.
Im not arguing type of person so finally i spend 1h in store with my kids walking between "unsanitised" clothes and "unsanitised" peoples with their "unsanitised" personal belongings.
This situation makes me really sad and unconfortable.
All of this beacouse of 2 dumb guys who find their unprecised rules higher then common sense.
I will never visit this store again!
