Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

    Gory Stories with Becky.
Booked it as it sounded interesting and it didn't disappoint! Loved hearing all about the darker side of Yarmouth and more about Nelson. Would advise booking as it sold out really quickly

We thoroughly enjoyed this boat trip out to Scroby Sands. There are so many seals out there, both grey and common, and they swim towards the boat so you can get a closer view of them. It was also great to get a bit nearer to the wind farm.

The boat is really sturdy and safe and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

The trip took about an hour in all and the kids loved it.

Great value boating hire on the Broads. We booked on the morning of a busy bank holiday and they were very accommodating.

Nice family run business - very informative!

    Highly recommend

Loved it! Well worth the £2 to get from Britannia Pier to Wellington Pier
    Friendly enough staff
A bit fiddly to get on/off with crutches
Shame its not accessible for wheelchair users as I'm sure theyd use and love it too
Just sit and wait at any of the stops usually arrives within 20 minutes or so!

We went last year to check this place out, the building is lovely and tucked away, you have to buzz to get let in.

The shop is incredible, staff helpful and knowledgeable and after purchasing a single cigar we went into the smoking room to enjoy it. Smoking room is great and really looking forward to the smoking room re-opening so we can go back.

    A real gem in Yarmouth.

We actually stayed in the en-suite room in the Bridge Stores for two nights in August. Alison messaged me as soon as I had booked to let me know I could contact her if I needed to at all. On arrival, Alison showed us to our room and although the stairs were rather steep and beams very low, it was beautiful- old and full of character. Alison had put milk, bread, butter, croissants and yogurts in the fridge and there were some cereals. There was also coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits.. There’s enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people as well as a toaster, microwave, Toastie maker, kettle and washing up liquid, anti-bac wipes and kitchen roll- I took my own tea towels. Alison provided mini toiletries and there were towels for us. The children’s single beds were set back in the eaves with curtains for privacy- these were lovely. The king size bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are tall or struggle with mobility or with very small children, due to the steps. The Bell Inn is directly across the road, which was brilliant for a couple of evening meals and drinks in the garden. We also hired a boat from
The Boat Stores for 4 hours, which was great. Alison gave us lots of advice about where to go and we even got discount as we were guests at the b and b. This was perfect for our family with teenage children for a couple of nights, we really enjoyed it.
