Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A choice of two free car parks and free entry to the Castle sets up a cheap entertainment window for those who are young or young at heart. Edward 1 first castle in N Wales occupies a dominant position overlooking the Dee estuary and the Wirral peninsula. The towers can be scaled to discover the strategic views. A section of the Wales coastal path provides easy walking to the nearby Flint Dock where an insight to industrial activity in recent and past centuries opens up. Watch out for dog droppings! We took two hits! Wish the locals would pick up after their pooches perform.

I was in town for a meeting, I realised i had failed to print a back up to my presentation, so I quickly popped in to the library, to print it from there.
I was really well received by the clerk in the library.
What a lovely, welcoming and helpful lady.
The premises were clean, well kept, maintained and organised.
It was nice to see people in the reading and computer areas.
We must make a conscious effort to use our libraries more and stop them from being closed.

Went to the castle in Flint but was not aware of the coastal path. Plenty of notice boards describing what l saw including an area where ships once offloaded. fantastic views can be had of the sea and a great place to have a relaxing walk. Once walking back into Flint there are plenty of places offering refreshments.

Nice building. Heart of the old community . Well maintained traditionally Welsh built. Busy most nights, being utilised by locals for various activities.

Footplate is a 3m tall metal statue of a foot that sits immediately adjacent to Flint railway station. It's not worth getting off a train to look at but if you're on a train approaching from Chester then make sure you're sat on the left hand side of the train as it pulls into the station and you won't miss it. I'm not sure you'd describe it as exciting but it's certainly unique as I've never seen another giant foot at any other railway station I've passed through.
