Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful walk and climb. Well worth the effort 👌 💪 🙂 👏. We went just before sunset it was beautiful.
Also got to watch some nice local bride and groom photo shoot.

Great place to visit but you need several hours to take everything in. Very informative with signs in English too. Lots of snack bars in the surrounding areas do you can make a day of it.

The Holy Monastery "The Holy Apostles Peter and Paul - Cârţişoara", is located at approx. 6 km. south of Cârţişoara commune, Sibiu county, in a small clearing at the foot of the Făgăraş Mountains, near the “Transfăgărăşan” road.
The monastery also has a small painting workshop where Byzantine, canonical icons are painted on wooden supports, faithful to the Orthodox ermines. Very meticulously executed, each icon is a unique.
