What travellers are saying
- Rosie MBelfast, UK46 contributionsA beautiful place for a walk, the paths are well maintained and clearly marked out. There are signs everywhere you need them and the walk along the river was just lovely. There are plenty of benches along the way if you need a rest or just to sit and look at the the view.
Then as an added bonus, the on site cafe serves great coffee and cake. We didn't have lunch, but the food that was being served at other tables looked great, I was sorry we had brought a picnic. I'm looking forward to having lunch there the next time we go.Written 22 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - JKDee52United Kingdom188 contributionsWorth the detour from the coast road, up a narrow mountain road to see this striking statue and admire the view from a height.
#Ample safe parking and good steps up to statue.Written 8 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Glenhaven3Newtownards, UK59 contributionsThis ticked all the boxes for me. I was given a gift voucher for an experience of a life time. The Club may be small, but the members give you a warm welcome and provide a professional service which made me want to make the journey again.
The weather was perfect, the views were outstanding and the experience should not be missed should the opportunity present itself. Thank you to all.Written 6 May 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - rosiemac2018Belfast, UK144 contributionsVisited Limavady and wandered into Visitor Centre to browse any information available.
Mary on customer service desk was so helpful and enthusiastic about the area. We were offered lots of information and leaflets/ maps for local trips. We bought tickets for a musical event The Illegals which was possibly one if the best events we have been to in a long time.Written 15 April 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Pioneer7930921 contributionFriendly and helpful staff. - Mary R14 contributionsI have to commend the staff in the library for their friendly and helpful attitude We are all going through a difficult time and the service and books have been invaluable Many new titles are available and due to the current circumstances return dates are more flexible Calling into the library is always a pleasant experienceWritten 11 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Alistair W31 contributionsWhen on scholl trips to here, it was great to have a look into the history of the place and with the large display you could spend a long time browsing the different areasWritten 10 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- C7425LRdavidfLimavady, UK111 contributionsExcellent place for a family picnic if in the area. Located just off the B201 road between Coleraine and Limavady. - SB_6102Northern Ireland18 contributionsBrilliant surf lesson with Eunan.
He was friendly and encouraging.
He explained everything really well and we both managed to stand.
Would recommend when visiting.
Benone beach was beautiful for the lesson.Written 30 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Bren WMuff, Ireland598 contributionsFirst impressions as you drive up the long, pine tree lined driveway to the entrance on a sunny day is...this feels liked mainland Europe, not somewhere on the Western edge of Europe!
Inside this continues, with spacious pitches and good, clean toilet / shower / laundry blocks.
Access is quick to the adjacent and beautiful “blue flag” beach.
Only criticism...and this is more about people, not the facilities or management, there was quite a bit of noticeable litter about the grounds and beach path area - a shame for such a such a place.Written 21 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Spencer Rand1 contributionFour of us got to try this out. George was very responsive and helped us find our way. The karts them selves were easy to figure out and lots of fun! I highly recommend fitting this into your schedule!Written 15 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
