- Jane B1 contributionI wanted to do something totally different this Christmas and the choice of Sally Narrowboats was a great success! Our boat Martha was clean and well equipped with everything we might need and we were even able to cook a full Christmas dinner!!
The introductory talk was friendly and very informative so our trip ran smoothly with no problems. - jjclayLondon13 contributionsFriendly and helpful staff, as we changed the hire day due to bad weather. Hired 3 bikes for the day, good value. They were all new and in excellent condition. Recommend you book ahead and reserve bikes. They didn’t require a deposit.
On arrival very efficient service and they were very helpful with maps for routes and places to eat along the route.
We cycled from Bradford on Avon, detouring through the railway tunnels to Bath and back again. Towpath lovely and flat, was a bit busy but it’s summer holidays so to be expected, bell on the bikes came in handy.
