- C.5 contributionsI had the great pleasure to spend three days with Mohan in Mannar, Jaffna town and peninsula. He went above and beyond to make this experience memorable. Thanks to his warm personality, his knowledge about the history and culture of Sri Lanka and his willingness to answer my numerous questions, this tour was without a doubt one of the highlights of my three week trip.
Mohan tailored the tour to my likings and needs. He took me to very interesting spots, provided very useful insight, had excellent suggestions and knew delicious restaurants to eat at. He is very detail-oriented and will make sure you have a wonderful time. We were recommended him and he didn’t disappoint. He was so knowledgeable and showed us around Delft Islands in his Tuk.
Covered most of the major attractions and what we enjoyed the most was how he was speaking and describing everything so passionately.
We totally recommend him and will surely go back.

The charges are the same as a tuk tuk.....Rs. 200 for a drop anywhere within the city of Jaffna. But, why sweat in a tuk tuk, when you you can call Vinothan, and he will be there in a sec with him air conditioned car? We hired him to drive us to the pier to board a boat to Nagadipa. According to my taste, they've suggested my some itenary. As soon as we arrived jaffna, the travel desk represantative Mr.Prasan met us and described our tour plan, with small modification, we started our tour. Prasan is an excellant guy speaks good English, explained us about the Tamil culture, hindusim and lifestyle of jaffna people. We visited the agricultural farms, farmer's village. also he arranged lunch at a farmer's house. it was delicious. We've spend more times at farmers house. Also he arranged to meet a toddy tapper near the village. it was an excellant experiance.
