The course is well kept and offers a variety of challenge. The first nine is flat and the back nine is hilly. Most of the holes go up hill! Very welcoming clubhouse with a wide choice of food and drinks. - Roger BSouthwell, UK130 contributionsWhat a shame. This is a course that could be, and probably was, lovely. It is clear that insufficient maintenance work has been undertaken over a prolonged period of time and it really shows. All bunkers were GUR, the greens looked and played awful, there were large amounts of cut grass on the course another sign that maintenance is not as frequentas it should be.
The staff were very friendly and worked hard to provide a good service, we had a lovely breakfast that set us up for the day.

The greens are exsteamley well manicured
The course it self is in built in the horse raceing course for the first nine hols and you have to battle over lakes and bunkers making it a tricky first nine hols
The second nine are set beautifully in woodland and are real challenge.
Come along and enjoy.
