The Chasm Walk
#5 of 14 Nature & Parks in Te Anau
... about this walk - its short and super easy through beautiful rainforest and definitely worth doing as only a short distance from Milford Sound itself and clearly signposted from the road with a massive car park!

Punanga Manu o Te Anau
#10 of 14 Nature & Parks in Te Anau
Considering this is an entry by gold coin donation park and given the work they do to rescue, rehabilitate and/or breed native and non-native birds I give them five stars.
Town has a few stores which we visited while picking up some other tourists en route to the park.
