What an awesome wharf.. Lovely clean and picturesque place to relax and take in the breathtaking views of Darwin Harbour....Sensational restaurants and bars and heaps of thing to do....Well done Darwin.

Took the Offroad Dreaming tour to Litchfield and saw termite mounds and many other, spectacular sights including Wangi Falls, Buley and Florence Falls.
Well protected with fences and boardwalks for easy access, this site is free to visit and suitable for those with children and those with strollers or wheelchairs.

It is a gold coin donation to enter but I would very much suggest that you put in a bit more, as I feel it is a site that is worth preserving.

The birds were beautiful in the lovely trees, amazing view over the harbour and the war memorial was so beautiful.

In 40+ degree weather with 80%+ humidity and reasonable fitness it took us 90 mins round trip including a significant break at the top to rest and enjoy the spectacular views.
Little bit of exertion required but the view out over Ubirr is worthwhile.

Great for a real appreciation of what Darwin went through during World War 2 and fantastic harbour views to boot!
Peary on February 19, 1942 during the first air raid by Japanese forces on Australia during the Pacific War. Well worth a visit to pay your respects and take in the view.
