Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- SchlegelrejseFrederiksberg, Denmark134 contributionsVery impressive castle at the top of a hill in Bensberg. The castle is so large that, when walking around in the corridors, that it appears a little empty. We were will received at the hotel and service was as you can expect, very good. We ate at the Italian restaurant at the hotel, which is very recommendable. Apart from some confusion re parking fees, we had a excellent stay at the Schloss.Written 7 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - htheissenMarbella, Spain16 contributionsVery interesting overvieuw of paper production history. Not only interesting for adults but aswell for kids since they are invited to produce their own papersheets ! The museum is located outside
Bergisch Gladbach in an natural aeria with old trees and a creek, witch is essential for the paper production. The mine on the ground floor is really well laid out.Written 25 August 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WeckeHelsinki, Finland86 contributionsThis church is a bit different from most of the typical tourist attraction church. This one is dark and cold both in literally and also by it's atmosphere. In that sense, I would recommend to give quick stop for this one as this is not like most of the church you have visited =)Written 17 October 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Christian WBergisch Gladbach, Germany836 contributionsThe attraction is located near the railway station of Bergisch Gladbach. It’s not worth a travel but if you pass by on a tour it’s worth a look. The old lime kiln document a not so known part of the city. There is an information panel near it. You can have a look from outside into the kilns but there is no illustration what you see.Written 4 February 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
