It was less than satisfactory. Packaging was not good. I asked for a box- I received a much larger box than I can carry to the airport. Not good communication skills- there is a language barrier. I regret to have had the stop. It was a pleasure to visit Bella Hats and experience first class service and the knowledge about the correct type of hat that suited me. There was no pressure to make a purchase but I left with a beautiful hat that I will use for many years to come. I will definitely be back. The various items, sweaters, pants, scarves, etc were beautifully curated. They have these super cute pens one looks like a donut and the other like a boxing fries. There is a little pillow that goes with it for just 230 Kč - crowns.
