Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

    I truly enjoyed this experience.

First of all, the chateau in Telc is magnificent, definitely a must-see, and I said it after visiting multiple castles and places in Central Europe, it is still one of the most stunning.

Then, the Romanesc basilica in Trebic is one of a kind in Czech Republic. Amazing architecture and interior especially the fresco that dates back to 13th century.

Last but not least, Lenka, the tour guide, is simply the best. She's very knowledgeable and experienced from professional perspective, and very considerate, friendly and helpful during the trip. The guided tour inside the chateau and basilica are in Czech while foreigners like me would get an English transcript. Nonetheless Lenka would figure out what was missing from the transcript and add her explanation to me.

I highly recommend this day trip, and all the tours they offer.

Magic tour. The guide is in Czech, but no problem they give you a leaflet with perfect English translation and you can get a little bit of the intention, so it is well worth taking it. The part with the boat is fantastic. We also took the cable way up and down to the peak and it is wonderful. The restaurant on top very practical, reasonably priced and good like all the other places we have been to in the Czech Republic. We hope to come back with the whole family and grand children

Great day long tour with Vaclav, caves tour was far better than expected and Brno is a nice gem as well. I would recommend to anyone interested in seeing more than Prague! Tour company is also excellent to deal with, we did 3 tours with them and all were enjoyable and professional.

If you are in the Brno area, the Punkva Caves are an attraction not to be missed! Not only do you get about 800 meters of dry cave, but a boat ride along the second 400 meter section. In between is the incredible Mococa Abyss! Lenka was very helpful as the tour was not in English, so she could translate several important parts of the guided tour.

different experience. it's not usual to see such "building", from strange part of history. it gives us just a part of the way of thinking from cold war period. tour itself takes about 30 minutes.

I've visited a great many battlefields and this was one of the most enjoyable and memorable trips thanks to our splendidly knowledgeable tour guide Helena.

From the moment we met Helena (and Marco) at Brno Station she took a great deal of care and effort to make sure we visited all the important sites and included some we would never have known about without her local knowledge. Including a very pleasant lunch at a local brewery.

It's only an easy train journey from Prague. So, if you are thinking of visiting Austerlitz then I would highly recommend taking a tour with Helena (and Marco).

Informative. Guide is able to customise to the theme to our liking and is accommodating to our schedule and fitted another winery.

Helen was an excellent host and provided us with amazing day. She knew a lot about the local history and introduced us to the regional wine culture and producers. Her tour allowed us to view things that we normally would not have seen. She was very flexible in providing for our needs and we would highly recommend taking one of her tours.

Lenka was an excellent guide, showing us the bueatiful gardens of Lednice around the castle, as well as going into the Tasting Salon at Valtice Chateau. We also visited the cute little town of Mikulov, and another winery. Her driving is great, and her English is perfect. I highly recommend using her services while in Brno!

Apparently most people do Vienna to Prague, but don't skip on Bratislava - it's well worth a visit. I've previously done a side tour from Tallinn to Riga which was excellent - so I was really keen on the side tour from Bratislava to Prague. The tour was amazing - totally because of our extremely knowledgeable and fun guide, Alex. Thank you Alex for sharing the history and background of Slovakia and Czechia and moreover giving us an insight into how it feels to live there. We did a private tour so could customize it to our needs, but the regular tour stops are great: Lednice Palace (great history of the Liechtenstein family and beautiful walk around the grounds); Znojmo (idyllic hilly town with a lovely cafe serving great food); Telč ( a fairy tale town). Communication was excellent, pick up on time and all very smooth. 5* for our guide!
