Pub and bar hopping around the wonderful Old Town of Krakow my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into Free Pub,been here before on previous holidays to Krakow and always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit.
I love the look of this cellar pub, exposed brickwork, multi roomed, a great looking serving bar, eclectic decor and furnishings, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, its just a really good pub to unwind in.
We ordered pints of beer from Perła Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great pub we were in.
A big fan of this most famous of Polish beers, golden, hoppy,bursting with taste, very easy to drink, when this beer is served freezing cold as in this pub its such a totally refreshing ad delicious beer ,hardly surprising that this pub is so popular with beers served in this good a condition.
We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Free Pub we had a great time.
Free Pub is easy to locate along Slawkowska, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination.
Opening hours are ;
Monday to Sunday, open from 4pm.
Well worth checking out if you're in the Old Town of Krakow.
