  • The ranking of tours, activities, and experiences available on Tripadvisor is determined by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, the frequency of user clicks, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Michael provided a really interesting 2.5hr tour - interweaving history with fun anecdotes and a very balanced and thoughtful story of the turbulent history that shaped the city. It covered many of the sites I wanted to see and I left feeling well informed and much more appreciative of what Wroclaw had to offer. Highly recommended!

I would recommend this tour for anyone interested in WWII history in this part of Silesia. It is quite a distance from Wroclaw to the the remote Riese underground sites and another longish trip to Gross Rosen so if you only have a short visiting period a car pick up and drop off is a good way to see a lot in the day. The driver was very efficient and very safety conscious, he sorted the tickets and access at both sites (then waiting in the car), the car was really comfortable and there was no pressure to rush in and out of the sites. It might seem a bit expensive but you are never likely to see these unique sites any other way in a weekend trip.

Prompt pickup at the railway station and the next two hours were packed with information about the town and its history. Our driver, Antony, a local, was very well informed and his English was perfect. The quiet electric bus meant we coould hear all he had to say very clearly. A well spent 2 hours.

This trip included a private drive to Auschwitz from Wrocław starting at 11a, where we then joined a group tour at both Auschwitz I and Birkenau once we got there. After the tour, we stopped for snacks on the way back to Wrocław.

We found the tours themselves to be both educational and heartbreaking, given the nature of the visit. Our guide did a good job explaining the history of what we were seeing.

    A few tips:
    - There is a cafe at the museum, but you don’t really have time to get anything to eat as you’re on a schedule, so make sure you eat beforehand and/or bring snacks with you. The museum does have a couple of snack vending machines outside the entrance.

    - Take water with you on both tours. We made the mistake of not carrying any water with us and regretted it on the hot May day we were there. It’s absolutely worth carrying as you walk around. There is a water vending machine outside the entrance as well.

    - Use the restroom before starting the tours. You’ll be grateful you did, as the walks are long.

    - Wear comfortable shoes!

Super friendly and a great way to see Wroclaw. It was so good we went back to places in the city the next day that we would have never seen without the game.

I have a BSc degree in tourism and have organized many trips myself. I give my highest recommendations to our tour guide Michal. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was prepared to talk to any topic and answered all of our questions in detail. Michal was even answering questions that had nothing to do with the tour.
He was funny, informative and kind.

Dominik was a very helpful tour guide. She was very friendly and offered her own commentary on Polish life. She only switched to the pre-recorded audio track when she felt that it would tell a better story.

Highly recommend this company because I was able to book it via Trip Advisor only 2 hours before the tour. I ended up getting a private tour due to being the only person during the time slot. I did text message the tour company to confirm that they received my reservation: they were very prompt in response and confirmed the meeting location.

I booked the 2 hour tour which brought he over to Cathedral island and Centennial hall. It was great to be able to get to another part of town. The one thing I was not expecting was the Soviet monument outside Centennial Hall, which is a sight to see.

Could not review this tour enough. My father and I completed it with 2 other guests and our guide Adam, who could not gave been more helpful.
Gave a history of Poland that we would not know. With little local bits included.
Adam brought us to an extra stop (the peace Church) and bought us lunch. Best day tour I've done by far.

The meet up place is on a cobbled street, if you haven’t ridden a scooter like these before is isn’t the best place to learn , not easy to steer, but after a 10mins learning is was great 👍 would definitely use again

What a lovely day this was. Adam, our driver, had a unique perspective having been born in the US, but living in Poland since he was 12. The greenhouse was a green retreat of tropical plants. The underground tunnels more interesting than I expected, but the highlights were the castle and the Peace Church. Be prepared to walk over 100 steps down to and up from the tunnels, plus up and down three flights of stairs in the castle. The audio tour was informative. Emphasizing the last family to own and live in it added another dimension to the many other World War l and ll museums we have been to on this trip.
