Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were shocked at how empty this park was for how large it was, as we only saw maybe one or two school groups on our walk around. It’s buggy friendly as long as your wheels can handle a bit of gravel in parts and you don’t mind the big hills. We didn’t visit any of the inside of buildings, so there’s definitely more to explore than just the hour we spent there.

You can pass by this monument, as part of a beautiful walk through the gardens. There is a claim that this monument is the best-known Polish sculpture in the world.

The bronze monument depicts the composer sitting under a weeping willow. Above Chopin’s head they take the form of a hand palm. The whole composition reminds of a monumental harp.

In 1940, the monument was destroyed by the Nazis. It was broken into pieces and sent to foundries to be melted down. The reconstructed monument was unveiled in 1958.

Excellent park! and it’s free! Beautiful view and people. Great place for photos. You will feel an energy of peace when you walk in.

Legia Warsaw V Lechia Gdansk, 2-1
    Location: Warsaw, April 2022

Good game of football, Legia deserved their win, although they had to hold on near the end.....
Crowd and support were fantastic, very noisy all through the game, nice bit of pyro at the start and a lot of good chants and flag waving......good support. Lechia fans too, singing most of the game, credit to them too.

Beer was flowing nicely, and fast food was on the go too........
Facilities are fine, getting to and from ground no hassle.....
Club shop decent...........bought a scarf and hat.
No trouble getting match ticket, roughly 13 euros, although bit feeking annoying to be asked for ID to go to a football game, tsk tsk
All in all good fun and will be back again if possible!

Park Ujazdowski is one of the most picturesque parks in Warsaw and dates back to the 1890's. At the time of its foundation, the park was one of the most modern in Europe. It featured a large pond, fountains and a reinforced-concrete bridge over the southern part of the pond. The bridge was the second construction built of reinforced-concrete in the world, after the bridge in Viggen, Switzerland (1894). Open year round and free to enter this is a pleasant place to walk with sculptures to admire.

It is the official home of Plaond's president. It is a very nice palace from outside, so you can make some photos.

All depends on the exhibitions which change often. The staff of the museum is very friendly and helpful. We have seen a movie which was bizarre (to be expected in the contemporary art museum) and Janek Simon's exhibition which had some interesting parts: Nollywood (Nigerian movie industry) - idea of remaking Polish classic "Ashes and Diamonds" in the Hollywood convention, reflections on Polish maritime traditions and colonial ambitions from 1930-s.
There is a good restaurant in the building and if you like long walks, you can start there and walk towards the river and continue on Vistula Boulevards towards the Old Town making a long, diverse and satisfying day.

Compared to other parks in Warsaw this one is not big at all, but compensates in somewhat modern look, and a bit of sporty atmosphere, compared to other parks which are more for easy walks and relaxing.

The orangery is one of the most beautiful buildings in Lazienki Park. It has a museum there now which we didnt visit to be honest, but we did spend time in the gardens which were quite wonderful.
Lazienki is a gem, it really is and strolling around it is a real joy. The Orangery may be one of its finest buildings but there are so many more to see.

Nice statue in a small square surrounded by residential/commercial buildings. Aside from the statue, there isn’t much to view in the square.

It looks nice from a distance, but seems to be closed or undergoing refurbishment. There is a small lake. If it wasn't for all the scaffolding it would probably be nice. Probably better visiting when they have finished the renovations.

For a very small fee, you can enter the gardens, which are very well laid out. Whilst the Latin names of the plants are obvious, there aren't any other translations of the boards into English. But it's still a lovely places to wander around-even if you can't figure out the names of each area!

The museum has very nice exhibits and also an especially friendly guide! He told us everything about the animals shown and even about the temporary exhibit at the museum. Thank you!

Pilsudski is for the Polish people a national hero. As we learned his statue is surrounded with flowers at national days.
