Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Heard about this ferry ride on the TV Show Aerial America and planned my driving tour around it. Highly recommended as long as the weather is clear.

One of the best run, most welcoming and positive camping experiences we have ever had! Took out Airstream and granted, its early season, but the bike riding access, museum at Fort Miles, and others nearby coupled with a well ordered and calm campground made our experience and our neighbors, too, one to remember! Just excellent administration and reception... great camp store staff, laundry, showers, etc. Go Camping!

    About 25 rides a few large/haunted house.
Most rides only needed 2 tickets, bumper cars 5.
Small boardwalk when comparing to wildwood NJ but sufficient for toddlers and young kids. Boardwalk gets crowded.

Wonderful informative visit. Buses ran often and staff were very organized about getting us on the bus and scheduling a house tour. Great guides and information, beautiful setting and house tour. Would highly recommend. We were there about 2 1/2 hours and felt like we saw everything very thoroughly.

Actually 80 degrees today (last day of October), beautiful day to walk on the beach, but typically Fall/Winter is so much nicer to explore vs summer & the rush of people (in my opinion).

The Rehoboth Boardwalk has a special place in my heart. I originally came here for the very first time 20 years ago, being from Puerto Rico, it was a completely different experience than I was used to when visiting the beach.

The Boardwalk is a great place for families and friends. The boardwalk is very well kept with plenty of trash cans, showers and public bathrooms available. There’s also water fountains available.

Parking in Rehoboth is pretty expensive though, I would highly recommend taking the bus in from the park and ride if you’re looking to save money or getting a permit and parking on a side street. Otherwise you’re stuck with meter parking.

Once you’re at the boardwalk theres a plethora of great food options and entertainment, with arcades, miniature golf, shopping and of course Funland which is basically an indoor/outdoor carnival style entertainment area right on te boardwalk.

The beach is easily accessible with multiple entries to get down to the ocean.

If you want to step off the boardwalk and down Rehoboth avenue there’s even more food options.

At the boardwalk theres also the bandstand which has live music and events year round.

Whether you’re from DE or you’re from out of town, the boardwalk is always a great place to go to get some ice cream and enjoy the ocean views. (The summer can be crazy with a million people, come during the off season for a better, quieter experience. )

Bethany Beach has something for everyone, from a boardwalk to entertain, restaurants and cafes to refresh and the beach to relax. A day of restful seaside living is ensured.

This is a quiet clean and uncrowded beach with lifeguards on duty part of every day. Considering Dewey Beach is well known for being a great nightlife spot for the young at heart, the beach has enjoyed keeping it's separate conservative appearance and position for other visitor types to enjoy.

It was a good beach experience. My grandsons loved it! It was great for them since they are small and there weren't too many waves. They could go out pretty far. It was just too hot out, but that wasn't the beaches fault.

Large park with camping, easy beach access, and fishing opportunities. Friendly, helpful staff. Camp sites are in close proximity with no cover. Sites are paved and level with water, electric, and sewer available. Bath and shower facilities are clean but inadequate for the number of campsites. Be prepared to wait. Parts of the campground flooded during our stay, leaving some sites under a foot or more of water. Try to avoid the sites near the river or marsh. There are two bars/restaurants within walking distance, depending on what campground you stay in. Many more restaurants are a short drive away. We would stay again when passing thru.

Tanger is broken up into 3 centers, Surfside, Seaside and Bayside along both sides of an extremely busy Route 1 over a 1 mile stretch. There are around 115 stores in these 3 centers and have just about every store we are all familiar with in these outlet centers in the country as well as some nice independent and regional shops. It was nice to see few vacant store fronts since some centers have been struggling. We were here also for the Schellville Christmas Village which was behind Tanger Seaside.
