Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic well organised trip. The Hsnds on workshops were fabulous exoeriences qnd there were many. Throwing a pot, paintung a saucer, making a mosiac tile, making a piece of silver jewellery with a Master washing carpet wool in the river, spinning, weaving, making a lovely leather bag & the fab cooking class. A night in the desert and great travel all over Morocco. Every need was met and 1st class accomodation & guides. Max of 8 but our trip had just 5 participants.

Younes is a personable, knowledgeable, and passionate young man in his love of Fes. He provided us with a fun and informative tour. We would be lost without him!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ilyas and Driss and from the get go knew the prices were fantastic and honest. I had a few quotes from others and was going to book with one individual but when I spoke to Ilyas before I gave him the price, he came in 100dhs cheaper and knocked off another 50dhs on my asking. Brilliantly clean vehicles had pleasant driver Umar we had for the day who was amazing. Also had Ilyas sort the transfer back to fes airport at 04:30 in the morning and the driver was there for 04:15 in a stunning Mercedes Vito. Highly recommend for stress free travel as I’m also in the transport industry here in the UK and know what it takes to be a success and these guys have that integrity.

Hamza picked us up from our Riad right on time and got us to Chefchaouen easily and quickly. He consistently made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish and got us back to Fes by dinner time. A wonderful trip and we would recommend Hamza to anyone!

Zahra took us on a fascinating tour of Fes, and as she promised us when we spoke on the phone - she was our friend and not just a guide.
She is a charming young woman full of knowledge and a passion to share it and infect her new friends with her great love for the culture, history, art and people of Morocco, and of Fes in particular. And she does succeed in doing so.
She took us on a full day tour of the city, showed us the main sites and chose for us traditional art workshops, where they demonstrated the crafts to us and of course also offered us to buy some of the works. Our dear Zahra helped us bargain and get good prices for the products we purchased during the tour.
In conclusion - the tour with Zahra was a perfect experience and without a doubt it was the best guided tour of all the ones we did in Morocco. Zahra is an excellent guide and a pleasant person who we really enjoyed spending time with and we feel very lucky to have met her.

I would first like to thank Mr. Anwar for his most wonderful treatment and the service he provides with love and perfection. It was truly one of the best experiences for me and I hope to repeat it as soon as possible.
