My partner wanted to swap the foot massage for a facial instead and they kindly did this for us without any fuss. Every member of staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt so comfortable. Our hammam and treatments were amazing. The tea, biscuits and mint water you are given after the hammam were delicious and such a nice touch. Outstanding service from start to finish and the staff are very friendly. A special thanks to Sovad who managed our appointment very well, Sovmia for the out of world Hammam experience and Soukeina for the wonderful massage which topped the package. A complete waste of time and money. I was just glad to get out of there. A truly horrible experience. The staff were all amazing, friendly and take the time to explain the process to you. Nothing was rushed and you are given time to relax with some mint tea after your treatment. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. If I lived locally I would be a regular visitor. - Michelle LMarshall, VA5 contributionsNot only is it gorgeous but the staff are incredibly kind. I did the traditional hammam, massage and facial and they were all amazing. The oils smelled amazing and after the massage they take you to a queen size bed, serve you the tea of your choice and tell you to relax and even take a nap if you want!
