Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Alan PGateshead, UK29 contributionsHaving read how challenging it can be to attend a football match in Morocco, we were nervous about doing so.
The game we attended, Kawkab Marrakech v Wydad Fes, was a lower 2nd division game (Botola 2) and although we could not find anyone willing to act as our guide (one warned us not to go because it was unsafe!), we had a pretty good experience overall.
Getting in is a challenge, because the ticket boxes are tiny and inconspicuous, and local kids hassle you to buy them a ticket. And you may not get by in English - luckily we speak enough French.
Although there was no hint of trouble, the police and army presence was massive - they looked like they were expecting World War 3! The stadium is modern and impressive, but way out of the city, and because police blocked the roads for over 30 minutes afterwards, getting back to the centre was a long process. Frustrating, given that only about 3,000 people were present at the match.
Tickets for the VIP section were reasonable at 100 dirhams (c.£8.50), and the seats were comfortable, cinema-style. But don't expect any souvenirs, nor catering!
We were also warned that the standard of play would not be good, but it was decent, and Marrakech won 2-1, so the locals went home happy. Goals are not plentiful in this division, so we were lucky.
We were a bit concerned to be shadowed by a policeman on our way back to our taxi pick-up - but it seems that was for our own safety. I suspect that you can have worse football experiences in Morocco than we did.Written 11 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. He instantly analysed our tennis and MASSIVELY upped our game in just 5 days! So glad we found him; we will definitely be back for more lessons on our next trip to Marrakech. He’s also a lovely lovely guy who speaks English with a lovely Belgian accent. 😃Written 14 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - kated219462New York City, NY5 contributionsThis place is terrible. I joined this gym with my fiancé while we were in Morocco over the summer. We paid for two months. With no warning, they closed the last two weeks of August. So I ended up paying for an extra two weeks for two people. When I called to ask that they refund me for the last two weeks, the manager refused to speak with me. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional it all was. So disappointing.Written 21 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
