Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- andycloquet60Edinburgh, UK7 contributionsWhilst the ticketing and time keeping for the Marrakesh to Casablanca service is good, the quality of the carriage in 1st Class is awful. Beware that what you get is far, far from the idyllic image presented on @railnija. Passengers share a compartment (which is about 3/4 the width of the train) with up to 5 others. Any air-con is only felt by the passengers seated by the window, so your compartment door has to stay open to get any airflow, and you have to shuffle your legs around the passenger opposite you. The toilets are disgustingly unserviced and the whole carriage is grimy. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, though.Written 10 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Hardtoidentify28 contributionsThe first part of the journey went smoothly; I arrived late in the evening and a couple of hours later I was on a bus. The bus was comfortable and I slept well, and stopped here and there with plenty of break-time. Staying in a small time for a number of hours, I was helped out yet again at the service-desk; and they truly extended themselves - arranged onwards journey, timing of things and made it possible for me to get to the next destination with zero troubles.
The second bus-route was similarly comfortable, the view good yet the sharp sunlight no nuisance. Arriving at a city, at which I was supposed to change busses, the time-zone changed - and I managed to miss a bus! However, upon a few events guiding me along to the main office, they kindly booked a new one two days later - at no extra cost! The bus had even departed, and a seat gone occupied - I felt amazed at the hospitality. Leaving then after a restful stay in the city, I crossed a border and on to a different bus-company.Written 1 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Naveen K1 contributionWe were fortunate enough to find Habib earlier in our trip and hired him for our two-week journey, taking us from Agadir to Casablanca. We also visited Marrakesh, Gorges du Dade, Merzouga, Fes, Chefchaouen, and Rabat with Habib. He took us to all the landmarks and must do.
Habib ensured that we had a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout the trip. He helped us find our Riad or hotel, carried our luggage, ensuring we were good every mile on the road and provided assistance in searching for souvenirs late at night. He also checked in on us regularly, making sure we had everything we needed as we ventured out on our own adventures in the towns.
We highly recommend asking for Habib when planning your trip. By the end of our journey, we felt like we had become part of a family.Written 1 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
