Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Kyle C1 contributionMy group of 3 booked a 10-day private tour with Touareg Trails and had an amazing experience. Before even arriving, Yussef made sure the itinerary was to our liking and was always prompt at responding to emails. Our guide Mohamed picked us up at the airport in Casablanca and was with us for the entirety of the tour. Mohamed was an amazing guide and helped make sure we were comfortable and having a good time for the entire 10 days; he was truly an incredible guide. Yussef did a good job behind the scenes during the trip to make sure everything was running smoothly and was a great hot air balloon pilot when it came time for that! We would definitely recommend Touareg Trails to anyone visiting Morocco as they went above and beyond expectations.Written 3 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - kaaate7Liverpool, UK73 contributionsBooked this on the recommendation of our Riad owner and it was fantastic! She recommended the couples’ massage so we could go in together (two women). We first went to be washed down and scrubbed in the Hammam, which was unbelievable. Your skin feels amazing afterwards and your hair is washed and bathed.
We were then taken into another room for a 1 hour massage from head to toe which was so relaxing before being led to hot rose-petal baths and left to relax.
Finally, we had mint tea and chilled downstairs.
The entire cost was something like £60 per person and we were there for over three hours in total! It’s an incredibly good price and the service is impeccable.
Wear bikini bottoms or just your underwear and take spares. They give you lockers and the whole place is immaculately clean.
This was one of the best things we did in Marrakech. It’s great to escape the hustle and bustle of the Medina.Written 1 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We were not disappointed!
The hammam is a local one (not a supper pretty hammam but did the job). The women washed us and scrubbed is, then we headed upstairs for a 2hr massage. Was heaven! And all of that for 50€. I will be back.Written 5 May 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We were looking for somewhere to have the reflexology and just popped in to try our luck. They were very accommodating and said they could fit us in if we didn't mind waiting about 20 mins. No problem we were in no rush after walking all day.
Whilst we waited they showed us to the restaurant and courtyard area where they brought us a complementary afternoon tea (traditional mint tea and Moroccan sweets) whilst we waited. We didn't have to wait long before we were called in.
Reflexology in Morocco is not as we know it here, it is more of a foot massage that is then carried on the full length of your legs.
However it was AMAZING!!! after we had walked all day, after the massage my legs felt like floats. I would highly recommend and I had my treatment I think with Mona. The girls work very hard and are nothing but professional.
This Riad was also beautiful and from what we saw nothing but perfect for anyone looking for a boutique style Riad, in fact I suggested it to my brother when I got back. It's location is perfect as very central & near Jemaa el Fnaa, but far enough not to be disturbed by the mosques.

The trip was absolutely incredible, thanks ti the meticulous planning and exceptional service from him. From the bustling markets of Marrakech to the serene beauty of chefchaoun via casablanca and fez ,every moment was perfectly organised. The accommodation were comfortable, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the itinerary struck the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. Mohammad went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, even accommodating last minute chances with ease. This trip was a dream come true, and we cannot recommend this service highly enough.Written 10 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alison S15 contributionsThe tour we did with this company was great. A full day out and picked up directly in front of our accommodation. Our guide, Lahcen Mansouri, is Berber and told us about his family's traditional way of life. We did a camel ride, had mint tea, a Berber breakfast, a hike, lunch (delicious!) A great day our from Marrakech for our family (2 teenagers). We did the 3 valleys, waterfall, camel ride, Berber breakfast and lunch tour. Thank you Lahcen.Written 25 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Antonio C16 contributionsNella is all love and kindness, a happy person, and all of that is transmitted and contagious when you are around her. Everything is fine and things happen for a reason, that is part of her philosophy of life that I love, and that despite having the theory, it is always easier to internalize and integrate when you see that someone constantly applies it as naturally as breathing. We have practiced yoga during the route in unexpected places and I have also loved that. The team of drivers selected by her have been charming and the accommodations and restaurants selected have also been very appropriate. In some of them we ate very tasty home-cooked food in places far outside the conventional tourist circuit. These have been fantastic days in a country with some limitations compared to more developed countries, which have personally helped me to appreciate how lucky some of us are in our countries of origin, and also to learn from the kindness of the Moroccan people, who maintain a more humane treatment that has been lost in most of the theoretically "developed countries" as a consequence of the madness of the hectic life of Western societies. We had a few days that were colder than normal in the country, and as it is not a country accustomed to such low temperatures, which do not last long, it also does not have an infrastructure prepared for a harsh winter, with most facilities such as hotels and restaurants without good heating like we are used to in more developed countries. On the other hand, there were always enough blankets in the room to sleep in, and in some places they even had air conditioning units with a heat pump, with greater or lesser power. In any case, and as the weather is an element that we cannot control, I recommend that anyone who goes in winter wears very warm clothes as if they were going on a high mountain excursion. In short, a great experience that I will remember for a long time. If you like yoga and want to do tourism in Morocco at the same time, visiting such special places as the Sahara desert, look no further.Written 6 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
