Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- calgaryguyKelowna, Canada478 contributionsWhat a crazy place! So easy to get turned around! But what colour, what excitement, what hustle and bustle. Lots to see and shopping is easy if you wish, but I kept my wallet well hidden. Can't believe the crowds and the motorcycles driving through the people. Strange to a Canadian but an absolute must visit place.Written 10 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Janka KBrno, Czech Republic9,250 contributionsI appreciate how nicely reconstructed the building is. You will learn about how much work it was from a video played on a screen in one of the exposition rooms.
An entrance ticket to this museum is also not as expensive as at some other museums/touristic places in Marrakesh.Written 12 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Kept it real with useful tips and advice. Highly recommend him as a guide! Said’s communication was also excellent before the trip. Riads were also very good and all extremely comfy. I highly recommend Sahara 4x4 tours!Written 5 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Jovan M1 contributionGreat products that work as advertised . I’ve been having eczema for all my life and tried their products during my visit to Marrakech.
The store is a real gem.
Badr who helped me, was very knowledgeable and a great help. A must visit when in Marrakech and specially if you have skin problems. They also ship worldwide, which was a great find .Written 4 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Julia had already previously been on a tour with Morocco Excursions and had the best time so it only made sense to go with Morocco Excursions again! Hassan was kind enough to accomodate all of our requests and make adjustments to the itinerary as appropriate for which we were very grateful.
We had Mohamed as our driver (Julia's second time with him) who was the absolute BEST! He was so incredibly kind, gentle, professional and polite and most of all, he was a very safe and competent driver - just overall a stellar human being! He showed us the best of the best and made us feel safe and comfortable every step of the way - he even fended off locals for us when necessary. This trip to Morocco would not have been the same without him!!!
We decided to stay in the Sahara desert for a longer period of time (Hassan was kind enough to accommodate our requests) and it was by far some of my favourite moments in my lifetime! It was made all the more beautiful by the people and also the fact that Mohamed knew the region like the back of his hand as he grew up there and so he knew all the places to go! I have absolutely fallen in love with Morocco and we will be back again. I would most definitely recommend Morocco Excursions and Mohamed to anyone thinking of travelling around Morocco!

He was an excellent driver and knowledgeable guide for our first foray into the Moroccan and Berber culture. Hassan the guide for the hike up to the waterfalls was equally excellent. We highly recommend the company and both Fahd and Hassan.Written 22 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Chris PAlicante, Spain142 contributionsLovely, cozy little shop with genuine products and non-pushy staff. We felt super well treated and bought quite some products. - Melody2 contributionsWe booked the four-day tour to Merzouga desert including the Atlas Mountains and Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Beforehand all the communication with Mohamed went smoothly and secured our booking with a small deposit a month before we start the tour. The tour gives a real taste of what desert life looks like. We highly recommended overnight stay in the desert camp, visit the nomadic family in the mountains, and the camel ride on the dunes. All accommodations are amazing with delicious food. I will definitely come back here again and again!!!Written 16 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - rnickYorkshire, UK34 contributionsAfter a spell winter walking in the Atlas Mountains (brilliant) I was tired & aching.
Booked last minute on a WhatsApp.
It’s a little tricky to find, like anything in the city, being buried down a side street. The outside door is non descript.
Step in & it’s wow, a little oasis. All the staff were great & ensured you were looked after. No sense of rushing. Tea offered before & after.
The relaxing hour massage was just that. A rare indulgence.
The overall feelings were calm, quietness & simply relaxing.
If you’ve spare foreign currency, they’ll take USD, EUR etc.
Recommended, do allow time for wrong turns etc when looking for the place!Written 7 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. From the first time we emailed the company, Mohammed was very responsive and sent a preplanned itinerary right away. He was willing to make any modifications needed as well. Everything went smoothly during our trip, from the time we got picked up it was extremely easy to find our driver. I had requested specific lodges and all the correct and agreed upon places were booked. The itinerary was also following as specified, but we had the choice to add / remove stuff as we wished. The itinerary was great though and covered all of the key sights to see in Morocco.
Said was our driver and he was fantastic. He was patient, informative and very timely. He always ensured we were dropped off in the hotel and were comfortable before he left, and whenever he picked us up, he was very punctual which we appreciated - this ensured our tour wasn’t running late.
We had day guides in Fes and Marrakech and both were also great. The day tours were a perfect length, the guides were very informative and took us to all the key spots in the cities. We also did a dessert camp which we rode camels into - this was one of the most memorable experiences for us. We went during August so it was pretty hot, all the hotels / riads had air conditioning which was key. Overall, I would recommend Top Sahara Trips for a Morocco trip!Written 29 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We had the Oriental Hammam, which was supposed to take 45 minutes but we were there 2 hours. It was a fantastically relaxing experience (if a little too hot at times!) that we greatly enjoyed. The place was clean and very calming- a total antidote to the craziness of the Medina. Would recommend!Written 1 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
