Beautiful gardens , loved all of the cobolt blue accessories and the house was a beautiful contrast against the greenery . It was very busy, we had to que for a while even though we had a ticket and entry time . It was worth visiting, some tranquility amongst the outside chaos which is everywhere in Marrakesh.

What a crazy place! So easy to get turned around! But what colour, what excitement, what hustle and bustle. Lots to see and shopping is easy if you wish, but I kept my wallet well hidden. Can't believe the crowds and the motorcycles driving through the people. Strange to a Canadian but an absolute must visit place.

Visiting Bahia Palace was an incredible experience! The palace is absolutely stunning, with its beautiful courtyards, intricate mosaics, and impressive architecture. The gardens are peaceful and offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We loved exploring the rooms, especially the grand reception hall, which was filled with amazing details. The calm atmosphere and rich history of the place made it a memorable part of our trip. Highly recommend a visit if you're in Marrakech!

I appreciate how nicely reconstructed the building is. You will learn about how much work it was from a video played on a screen in one of the exposition rooms.
An entrance ticket to this museum is also not as expensive as at some other museums/touristic places in Marrakesh.

A trip to Morocco would not be complete without a stop in the Sahara desert and, with Sahara 4x4, you are certain not to be disappointed. As a group of three girls in our twenties, we did extensive research in order to find the best company, sending lots of emails and asking our friends for advice. We wanted a trustworthy company who offered a comfortable&adaptable experience at a reasonable price, and what we were given was even better than that!

The car was huge, we were given plenty of water bottles and AC was available (and a necessity given the high temperatures). The accommodations were truly dreamy and felt like real & serene escapes, distinguishing themselves with authenticity and impeccable service. All the activities were well-planned, the organization went smoothly and the communication with Said was easy, efficient and fast. Above all, the journey through the desert was truly spectacular, with breathtaking sights as well as kind-hearted and devoted people. No detail was missed and we are extremely thankful and grateful for everyone who took part in making this experience a memory we will cherish forever.

We could not ask for a better driver than Youssef, who has an immense knowledge on Morocco, knew the answer to all of our questions and brought us to all the best spots in order to avoid the usual tourist traps. Beyond that, he is also an amazing human being we were grateful to share path with for that short amount of time.

We continue to recommend Sahara 4x4 to everyone around us and hope to book another trip with your company in the near future… Fingers crossed!

    Thank you again for everything!

I might have made a mistake but I was put off the Majorelle garden by experience of other overcrowded attractions in Marrakech. This garden is cheaper, including the 45 minute shuttle bus from the city (which left dead on time) Utterly charming and uncrowded, can easily fill 90 minutes tracing all the paths to discover the many artworks. Views of the snow capped Atlas and a camp with camels en route

Excellent experience in Marrakesh, would highly recommend. We learned about all things herbal and left with an interest in many natural remedies and supplements. Hatim provided an excellent demonstration of the store’s most popular products. His presentation of “Nature’s Ozempic”, complete with before and after photos of his older brother, was as effective as it was entertaining. Definitely worth a visit!

We just came back from a 7 day private tour with Morocco Excursions and had a great experience. Prior to our trip I was overwhelmed by the amount of tour operators in Morocco, and I can say that Morocco Excursions did an amazing job.

Our driver Brahim was the best, great calm driver and very communicative, sharing a lot of Morocco and Berber culture with us. The car was in great shape.
The guides for Fes and Marrakesh were also very good, and the medina walking tours completely worth it. Everyone was very patient and nice to our 7 year old daughter, and we felt taken care of all of the time.

I really really recommend Morocco Excursions if you want a hassle free trip around Morocco, I'll definitely contact them in the future when I am back!

Great place to visit. Wonderful Riad that you can see a lot of the traditions and marroquin handcraft art. The place has a fancy coffee shop that you can enjoy. The visit is cash only payment and you can buy tkts right at the entrance. Good to visit with a guide. Should take you 1 hour to do it well and no rush.

Lovely, cozy little shop with genuine products and non-pushy staff. We felt super well treated and bought quite some products. The nice owner even offered us tea (before we bought anything).

Great experience with family and friends to the enchanting Merzouga desert passing by the wonderful Ait Ben Haddou, the charming Dades Gorges, Erfoud and back throught the oasis of the Draa Valley and Ouarzazate. Amazing landscapes and people, the tour was very well planned. Thank you Abdellah! You have been a precious and wonderful guide, we will never forget you! We hope to see you soon on a next trip to Marrakech! We recommend this agency with great pleasure!

We booked the four-day tour to Merzouga desert including the Atlas Mountains and Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Beforehand all the communication with Mohamed went smoothly and secured our booking with a small deposit a month before we start the tour. The tour gives a real taste of what desert life looks like. We highly recommended overnight stay in the desert camp, visit the nomadic family in the mountains, and the camel ride on the dunes. All accommodations are amazing with delicious food. I will definitely come back here again and again!!!

My wife and I did an 11 day tour in Morocco. From the first time we emailed the company, Mohammed was very responsive and sent a preplanned itinerary right away. He was willing to make any modifications needed as well. Everything went smoothly during our trip, from the time we got picked up it was extremely easy to find our driver. I had requested specific lodges and all the correct and agreed upon places were booked. The itinerary was also following as specified, but we had the choice to add / remove stuff as we wished. The itinerary was great though and covered all of the key sights to see in Morocco.

Said was our driver and he was fantastic. He was patient, informative and very timely. He always ensured we were dropped off in the hotel and were comfortable before he left, and whenever he picked us up, he was very punctual which we appreciated - this ensured our tour wasn’t running late.

We had day guides in Fes and Marrakech and both were also great. The day tours were a perfect length, the guides were very informative and took us to all the key spots in the cities. We also did a dessert camp which we rode camels into - this was one of the most memorable experiences for us. We went during August so it was pretty hot, all the hotels / riads had air conditioning which was key. Overall, I would recommend Top Sahara Trips for a Morocco trip!

Car hire was easy, the owner speak English/ French and Arabic, with a small office in the town not far from the big mosque. It was €45 a day for a 5 seat, diesel, manual 5 speed Duster for 2 days and an extra €15 a day for CDW (total cover no excess). If you’ve not driven in marrekesh and think of saving the extra €15 a day then you've got deep pockets 😏
The traffic is crazy most of the time and absolutely nuts the rest of it. There's bicycles, motorcycles, tricycles, pedestrians, taxis, tour buses and horses drawn carriages. All of which think they have right of way, and don't use indicators or any other form of signalling intention.
All I'm saying is pay the extra if you like me are staying in the medina, if your picking the car up from the airport and heading of into the rest of Morroco then it's probably worthwhile putting the €1500
deposit, and chancing it, as traffic tends to be fine on the roads, and not too manic in the small towns I drove through.
Car was nice a Duster, a few little knocks and scratches, which since I'd paid the CDW didn't need jotting down. It was also very dusty due to a sandstorm a couple of days before, and would have been nice to at least got cleaned outside, but inside was spotless. Drop off at the airport was easy, fuel is "leave it as you received it", which I prefer to the "empty to empty" some companies use, especially if the person before you managed to nurse it there on fumes, so you spend the first part of you holiday worried about making it to the first fuel station 😱
Watch out for speed cameras, especially the mobile ones, as the police can legally hide to catch you, and the fine is between 300 to 700 MAD, depending upon excess speed. Driving from Marrekesh to essaouira and back, we saw 5 mobile checkpoints on the same day.
