Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An amazing time looking at Bangkok at night. Kevin was our gudie and he was outstanding. We turned up early and git offered the earlier time as 2 people did not turn up. Off we went on a tuk tuk. Driving through the streets was great. Went to a food market and had some great tasting food. Off again to a temple at night no one around. Dinner at the navy club and different types of dishes. Chinatown for desert and what a night. Learnt alot about Bangkok. It rained towards the end but that made it more fun. Thanks for a great trip. 100% recommend.

The beautiful Bangkok! Such a gem filled with so much culture, but it is only thanks to the wonderful Peach that we were able to experience it in such intensity with so much fantastic knowledge and insight into the lives of Thai people.

    Thank you Peach 🍑❤️!

Loved the food tour and it was highlight of our time in Bangkok. First off host and his partner could not have done a better job to take care of all customers. You will be walking a decent amount so wear some comfortable shoes. All good stops we memorable and delicious. I will take this back home with me and think about it for awhile. Our so impressed we did Chiang Mai tour as well and it was just as amazing. 5 Stars would recommend it will certainly broaden your horizon and take you places you likely would not find yourself. As a foodie I am sold on Chef Tour

We were picked up from our hotel in an air-conditioned coach and drove about an hour with some commentary along the way. It was an interesting experience, but a very hot, humid day walking amongst the ruins. We visited a few other sights in the area before driving to the river where we boarded a boat which served a delicious buffet lunch and cruised back to Bangkok, viewing many interesting sights along the way.

We had the pleasure of having Eddy as our tour guide for a day trip from Bangkok to Pattaya, and he truly exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, Eddy was incredibly detailed, ensuring that every aspect of our trip was well-planned and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun at all times, tailoring the experience to our preferences. Eddy's knowledge of the area was impressive, and his friendly, engaging personality made the entire day unforgettable. If you're looking for a guide who genuinely cares about making your trip special, Eddy is the one to choose. Highly recommended!

It was an absolute delight spending the evening with Jan and our fellow diners touring China Towns eateries. Jan was friendly, knowledgeable, and a perfect host. How did she remember all our names!! All of the food was delicious, and we were made to feel welcome at every stop. The "Michelin" doughnuts were a particular favourite. Jan took us to a temple, which was most enjoyable. We would like to commend Jan on coming to our rescue, as our taxi driver dumped us in the middle of an unknown city. Bless you, Jan.

We left it up to our guide Lily to show us all the local sights. She did not disappoint. From a cruise on the river to visiting temples (helped me purchase long pants) worked out how to use the train, visit the palace and lunch in Chinatown. And insisted on taking us right back to our hotel door. Wonderful

We scheduled a private tour with Joy & Mr. Gai as our tour guide and driver. It was an unbelievable experience for the whole family. We started at the rail market in the AM, Joy helped us find the right store for a variety of quality souvenirs we were looking for. She knew some great food stalls like the Thai Tea and Coffee we wanted. We continued our journey to the floating market. Such a cool experience on a boat, we took a couple of detours to find specialty items my kids wanted. Had a great lunch and went to the city for the Grand Palace and Reclining Buddha. Then we topped it off with great shopping in the city center.

I love this company for the amazing guides, outstanding service and the ability to customize to the things we wanted to see vs. a standard package. Our guide Joy is an amateur photographer by the way. We have some pics that I am not sure a professional would be able to take at various points in the tour. All in all, an amazing day of Thai history, architecture and amazing food. The tour far exceeded any of my expectations and I want to figure out if there are "Joy's & Mr Gai" in the other cities we are visiting.

A very nice trip overall! We're so glad we got to see Erawan especially since we were staying in Bangkok. We would have liked more time at the National Park, rather than at the Museum/railway, the museum was very, very dated and small, quite run down, but important to see. Lunch was expensive and not that tasty, we would have preferred to browse the various lunch options at Erawan.
The national park itself was stunning, gorgeous waterfalls and we loved swimming at different levels. You need to pay 20baht to rent a lifejacket if you want to swim. I'd recommend hiking the waterfall first to see where you want to swim, rather than carrying the lifejacket, then hire one and go straight to the level you want to swim at.
We wished our guide gave us more information about the trip and was more engaging with the group, it was more of a charter bus than a tour. But great experience and thank you for a wonderful time! 🥰
