Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hundreds of Buddha images, each unique, felt like a silent congregation. The sacred pagodas stood as timeless sentinels, while the intricate wood carvings whispered stories of ancient craftsmanship. Together, we felt a profound peace, as if the temple's spirit embraced us.

Lots of crowds, which ruins the whole experience. Detailed golden spires, buddhas and architecture.
There is a dress code - we saw many tourists being turned away or had to buy shirts and long trousers to cover their shoulders and legs. To see The Emerald Buddha you must remove your shoes, no photography by the Emerald Buddha is allowed.
Beautiful architecture and rich history make it a must-visit. We saw many tour guides touting outside. Not sure what they charged, but think it would be worth taking a guide to get the best experience.

The place is outstanding! It is beautiful in its rich golden splendour! The temple has enticing glass work on the outside and the 8nside is mesmerising in its beauty !

Our hotel was close by so we visited by day and night. It was interesting to see it by day as it’s so different, not half as lively as during the evening. We didn’t eat there but enjoyed the sights and sounds.

This is the largest Chinese community outside of China: 2 mln people of Chinese descent live here. This gives the area a distinct character, well worth stroling through.

Nice place to visit for show lovers. There are not only shops but also many restaurant alternatives from local cuisine to international. Prices are reasonable.

We got to this temple by taking the water taxi and then walking across the bridge to get here. For foreigners there is a fee to get into here (100 tb) and there is only one way to enter this temple on the rock and only one way to get down. We loved walking up the stairs to the temple as the views were wonderful!!! Even if you don’t go up to the temple there is a few other attractions on the outside such as different sculptures, cafes and other temples nearby which are free.

Such a nice area in bankok with a busy and lively night market. The restaurants in the area and coffee are on par with Melbourne.

Great views of Bangkok. There’s an entrance fee of 450 baht but this includes a drink. Overall it was a good experience, I wouldn’t do it again but definitely worth doing once!

King Power Mahanakhon is worth the visit and cost (350 baht for seniors).
    Breathtaking views - memorable visit.

Buy an ice cream bar in the shape of the Tower when you are done with your visit.
    It is fun!

The access to this place was so easy with the BTS skytrain right next to it. Getting up to the viewing deck and looking around the city with a 360 degree view of Bangkok waa exceptional. Was very busy at the time but still able to get pics with a bit of patience. The walk on the glass was awesome
