Clean and many supervisors to ensure safety. Hugely popular with locals and tourists. A very good place to bring kids and teenagers. Located on the 6th floor of EmpoQuatier with direct access to BTS. The atmosphere was fantastic with the locals shouting, bantering and cheering on the fighters was electric. Lots of hand gestures which looked like some kind of betting code but I’m not sure.
There are a number of ticket types, from the local standing areas (not many non-locals seem to go for this option buts perfectly safe) to Ringside.
We opted for the Club Seats, which I think are better than rings ideas you sit at the same eye level as the fighters, whereas Ringside is below the ring level and more expensive.
It’s not cheap, we paid about USD$60 for Club seats.
And I’m sure non-locals get charged more than locals - but heck it up and grab the atmosphere.
Beer also more expensive inside at Bht150 a pint but it does get served to you at your seat.
We went on a Monday, which is quieter than end of week or weekends but it was still great.
Outside the stadium is some local street food vendors serving some tasty and cheap Thai foods.

There is a caffetiria beside so if you need anything to eat or drink no need to go further. Good environment. Locker & shower s free. - Em CLondon, UK42 contributionsI stay in Bangkok most weekends and as the national stadium pool is closed for refurb I found sivalai. It’s a lovely clean and well maintained pool. The water is nice and cool as it is often shaded from the sun which I love. Each time I come here it’s really quiet, I always get a lane to myself and usually half or the full pool to myself. It’s only 100thb to swim plus 30thb if you want to hire a towel. The staff are really friendly. (Swimming hat is needed if your hair is long- you can hire one if you don’t have one of your own). But everything is clean and working just fine. So for people more concerned with the training instead of taning selfies it's a great place.

Nice facility on 7th floor in a shopping mall.
