Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Wallace WTampa, FL4 contributionsWow. What a great theatrical experience. Greeted quickly and cared for with white glove treatment. Incredible facility and remarkable sound system. - Harold A1 contributionThe seats were comfy, the sound and picture were excellent. This is a world class movie theater in every way. Helpful staff got us our tickets on the kiosk. The whole place is visually stunning. The popcorn all seemed to be flavored with cheese or caramel and none of it tasted like fresh popcorn. It was just yucky.Written 26 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Georgina JSchiedam, The Netherlands29 contributionsA nice experience to visit this cinema in Bangkok and I would go again. I found that the website was not quite as user friendly as the one for the Paragon Cineplex but it was not too difficult to find films suitable for an English language speaker. I also found the decor a bit less attractive but that is personal taste. It was generally a very enjoyable place to visit but I recommend taking a jacket and maybe something to cover your feet with if you aren’t wearing socks. I saw a two and a half hour film and although I took a cardigan with me after an hour my feet were getting quite cold and by the end I was glad to get out of the air conditioning, not something I ever thought I would say in Bangkok. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the quality of the film presentation was excellent.Written 22 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Eugene NyuntBangkok, Thailand960 contributionsTypical multiplex - large, clean, automated ticket sales, and set within a shopping mall on the top floor. The lobby of the cinema isn’t the prettiest nor is it distinctive in any way, but the sound inside the screens projects well and the variety and rotation of films is reasonable and interesting. What I do need to say is this: you won’t have the back of your seat kicked by a fidgety schizophrenic, unless you’re seated in front of a tardy ฝรั่ง. What a relief, and it makes for a so much more enjoyable film watching experience.Written 5 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anggita DeskaJakarta, Indonesia671 contributionsThis cinema is too good. I want to have experience by watching movie overseas and this one was my first experience. Hardly to find the location because i took wrong elevator and accidentaly found this. Watch Lahn Mah with my sister, the staff cant speak english but the body gesture was okay. The cinema very quiet, very shiny, glow, bright, no staff standby especially in front of my theatre. When the time came, the staff came to check our ticket. The theatre had many various seat, sluding and ball bath. Watch thai movie in thai, why not, thanks god they provide english subtitle. When finished watch the movie, outside the cinema, one security mall direct the exit way, because the mall already closed, love it.Written 11 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RTW FamilyLos Angeles, CA170 contributionsGreat way to beat the afternoon heat and a welcome break from the wats! Small theater that is very well air-conditioned (so much so you might want to borrow one of their blankets), comfortable seats, great snack bar (craft beers! Yom tum popcorn!), interesting selection of Thai and other lesser known/art films (English subtitles), 3-4 individual screenings daily. Short walking distance from Lumpini Metro stop. Our 4 tix cost $US 12, which we purchased in advance on PayPal. Clean bathroom. Be sure to check out the art gallery next door and the UNICEF mural on social bullying just outside the entrance (theater is on 2nd floor, enter via alley).Written 26 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
