- catalina B1 contributionWe started off from Lumphini station. Took the MRT to Phetchaburi station. Walked to interchange station Makkasan for Sky train to the airport. Signs and notices are very clear. Followed the crowd lots of people going the same way. We were at the airport under an hour.
We are both over 70. Although we only have hand luggage not heavy. All three trips came with large Toyota van - clean and new with proper car seats for our 2yo and 6yo. Can fit 2-3 large luggage and 2-3 small luggage
Drivers (Suchart and Nok) were very nice, punctual and drove safely. Picks ups were on time, with careful drivers and clean vehicles (they also provided water).
I did a lot of research and their prices were very competitive and they provided a mini van for our group of 5 with 5 suitcases.
Don’t bother stuffing around with taxis or the train, use BKK. They took care of me and my friends right off the airport all the way to the hotel. They have cars of all sizes for all your needs. He was always smiley, friendly and patient who paid extra attention to the kids. Super on time and always appearing before us when we needed the ride. Our Toyota Fortuner was spacious and comfortable. I've had varying experiences with taxis in SE Asia's major cities, and now that I'm older and retired, I prefer the guaranteed easier option. Exclusive transfer operate through WhatsApp and keep you up to date with the driver's name and a picture of the car showing number plate for easy identification. - Wuan sie O1 contributionI really blessed that my friend introduced me Mr Somsak that we enage him for our khaoyai trip. He is a very patient driver cum tour explainer from the start we texted him. Knowing that we have young kids, he will share to us where to go and where not to. He always tried to accommodate our request and recommend us the place that our kids like. There is days that our place of interest delayed his meal time, he endured his meal and continue to follow or wait for us.

We decided for Siam Service because it was more expensive than the competition. The more you pay, the more value you get, don’t you?
Well, no.
The driver was almost on time, we only had to wait 5 minutes. He didn’t speak a word of English, but he was well instructed and made 2 stops at service stations, where we could buy drinks and snacks, and use the rather clean restrooms.
Nothing to complain, nothing to get exited about.
But:
The car, a Toyota SUV, was very old. Too old. It had 320,000 km on the counter, which means it was driven 8 times around the world, before he picked us up. It wasn’t dirty, but too old to be clean. The seats were sagging and the suspension completely worn out. The trip felt like a 5 hours flight through heavy turbulence. Not funny. My back hurt on arrival. Not funny at all.

And Siam Service didn’t contact us afterwards to ask how all went. They seem not interested.

To all those ppl traveling to Pattaya via bangkok and wish to travel cheap then i must recommend that once u land in bangkok then first thing u cn do is go to the second floor of the airport and buy a local sim card with internet. There are 2 types of offers available 1- for 8 days and 2- for one month and the charges are 300 baht. After this you go to the ground floor to gate number 8 there u will get the bus ticket to go to Pattaya and the charges for the bus one way is 130 baht. Before taking the bus, please check whr will the bus drop you and whr is your hotel located. Please tell the driver he will guide you whr to get down or since u hav bought a local sim you can see it for yourself. The bus takes about 2 hours to reach Pattaya and the last bus if im not wrong is at 18:00 hours. So plan your flight accordingly.

He was able to accommodate our needs while we travelled with a young toddler and was very patient and kind. - Low M2 contributionsSomchai did a very good job in bringing us around the attractions in Khao Yai. He was able to cater to our family needs and would wait patiently everyday for us to finish our dinner before sending us back to hotel. There was no time limit unlike the other private driver.
