Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- ChizzamericaSouth Island, New Zealand782 contributionsStunning conference centre, with well trained & organised staff etc. Good food options and retail shops for anything required. Close Metro station, although the Bangkok traffic is a nightmare nearby…Written 26 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bobby BFremantle, Australia116 contributionsThey advertise their forthcoming events on their website “bitec.co.th”. Not a place to visit on the off chance but, if you find a theme you are interested in, they have a great layout and excellent purchasing opportunities at their exhibitions.Written 4 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Amornpan SBangkok, Thailand498 contributionsIf you happen in the heart of Bangkok near the Grand Palace or Khao San road, please do drop by this place. This old building was renovated by keeping its elegant design structure and interiors. There are 3 floors where each contains different style of books. Magazine and newspaper are on the ground floor as well as a coffee corner.Written 7 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. For non-member, donation of 100 Baht is a must.
Also you can't take the photo inside the building.
This is a one-story building and this place has all kind of books
(Children literature, fiction, biography, history, travel and culture etc.)
Though in my opinion, the books are not much as I expected.
The architecture is beautiful and worth visiting as not many libraries in Thailand look like this.Plus due to few people in this place, it is a good place to work or read something. Apart from the traffic outside, it is very quiet.Written 9 December 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A sign shows Tourist Information as we come out from exit. Helpful and frienfly staff at tge Toutist Information Office and a easy to read map was given to us with direction and personal guidance. Great service and useful guudance to get around where to go.Written 7 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ReslimpanRayong, Thailand3,725 contributionsMy first flight with EVA and my first visit to the EVA lounge being a Star Alliance Gold member. Nice welcome from the staff. The lounge was quiet, due to the timing of my visit, I didn’t try any of the food or drink options, except for a mineral water and an ice cream. However, I did notice a well stocked bar and a food station. The lounge as such is dark and feels outdated, it is dreary. The Thai, Singapore Airlines and Cathay lounges tops EVA in Bangkok for sure.Written 7 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AethelredCambridge, MA1,387 contributionsI went for some research as well as to see the Cat in Siam exhibition. Unfortunately, while the museum advertises in English, it is really a Thai-only place - this would be no issue if this was made clear from the outset. People are friendly, but farangs are really Fremdkörper here. Almost no exhibitions of holdings (no display of national treasures, natural literature etc.); the holidings themselves are poor; entrance registration is a big deal (you cannot just go and see exhibits, you need to apply for temporary member status); there is no gift shop (usually National Libraries have great ones with good selections of books) nor a decent restaurant or cafe. And the building is rather functional. I am afraid that the potential to have a 21st national library to showcase Thai literature and science as well as provide an accessible space for research of Thailand is not realized at all.Written 20 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GuiCBangkok, Thailand151 contributionsGot the chance to try the menu of Chef Clement during their soft opening and it's finally nice to see a place where you got for the value!
Prices & Quality at their best.
Definitely recommend this new place located on YenAkat.

- Tony P6 contributionsBooked my transfer with Taxi Well and paid on line well before my travel dates. Found Driver with relative ease at airport on arrival and car was on time to collect me on the return form Pattaya. Cars were clean and driver's no problem. Efficient and easy to use service.Written 21 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Since I had made an advance booking I expected that the driver should have already knew where is the name and location of my hotel and should had made the necessary search to find out the best way to the location instead of following the GPS🤔🤔
And the pick up for my departure.. the Driver late for 25mins and this is crucial due to the traffic conditions at that time. I had paid double fees (comparing to airport taxi cost) hoping to get to my destination on time and they had disappoint me this time..
I will definitely considering other alternative for my next visit..😤😤Written 1 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
