Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hundreds of Buddha images, each unique, felt like a silent congregation. The sacred pagodas stood as timeless sentinels, while the intricate wood carvings whispered stories of ancient craftsmanship. Together, we felt a profound peace, as if the temple's spirit embraced us.

Lots of crowds, which ruins the whole experience. Detailed golden spires, buddhas and architecture.
There is a dress code - we saw many tourists being turned away or had to buy shirts and long trousers to cover their shoulders and legs. To see The Emerald Buddha you must remove your shoes, no photography by the Emerald Buddha is allowed.
Beautiful architecture and rich history make it a must-visit. We saw many tour guides touting outside. Not sure what they charged, but think it would be worth taking a guide to get the best experience.

This was the most creative and beautiful and cleanest lol I have ever seen anywhere in the world. It should be on every tours itinerary.

My vacation was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. I got to explore new places, try delicious food, and create unforgettable memories. It was exactly what I needed to recharge and feel inspired!

Very organised business. You cannot go round without a guide and though she was difficult to hear or understand sometimes, it was still very informative. A beautiful Thai teak house with some very interesting artefacts.

Pleasantly surprised at the mall, lots of shopping options , some very similar to night markets without the buying pressure.
Pricing was reasonable due to competition. Lots of setting options

This temple is jaw dropping, in a complex that is unlike anything I’ve seen. There is the most incredible ornate detail in a setting that is indescribable. It’s a must see when in Bangkok

Our hotel was close by so we visited by day and night. It was interesting to see it by day as it’s so different, not half as lively as during the evening. We didn’t eat there but enjoyed the sights and sounds.

A lovely peaceful park to spend a couple of hours away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. It was a Saturday morning and the locals were out doing the Tai Chi, there was a reading club and a lovely local choir group. Oh and don’t forget the Water Lizards.

I took the ferry up the river from Sathorn and walked up to Chinatown from the pier. It is chaotic and very busy but enjoyable time of the year with Lunar New Year celebrations starting.

This place is beautiful and reminded me of KLCC when I used to visit there often. The Xmas market and music event were great. The complex was good. It was good to have more Thai products and culture there. it is too western.

Airport-themed mall in a convenient location, accessible from the Asok or Sukhumvit BTS/Metro train station. The usual retail brands are present but what I loved is the Tokyo floor for the cute fashion stalls. Needless to say I ended up shopping a lot on this floor! Unique pants, dresses and trousers in Japanese style! ✌️

I walked here twice from my hotel as it was only about 15 minutes away. It is very very busy but there is a nice supermarket (Dear Tummy) where I got some spices. I had dinner the second time - nice crispy pork wonton noodle dish. There was also some kind of lunar new year event on with dragons.
