Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our tour guide was amazing, the elephant treatment was great. The pad Thai they served us was the best I’ve had so far. The elephants that didn’t want to bathe simply didn’t, there was no forcing them. Would absolutely recommend!

Poon my tour guide was awesome.
He picked me up from my hotel in Chiang Mai to see the temples in Chiang Rai.
Since it was a private tour, I asked if changes could be made to the itinerary.
Poon and I talked about some options and he called his office to confirm.
They were accommodating and it truly was an enjoyable adventure.
    Thank you Poon

The White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) and the Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten) are both absolutely incredible. The White Temple feels surreal with its all-white design and insane details, while the Blue Temple has this deep, vibrant vibe that’s just mesmerizing.

But what really made this tour unforgettable was our guide, Pocorn. He’s the best guide ever!!!
no doubt about it. He’s super knowledgeable, funny, and knows how to make the whole group feel at ease. He brought the temples to life and made the experience so much better. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

If you’re going to visit these temples, make sure you get Pocorn as your guide. You’ll thank me later!

Good day trip for quick visit to the famous temples and the tea plantation. Good tour guide and driver. Only set back is : poor quality of lunch near White temple where all groups are gathered (old and run down restaurant / food selection not good / taste not good). I ended up ate only a bit.

    Absolutely brilliant day.
The trek up to the waterfall was 5/10 difficult and the waterfall itself was amazing.
Then the tubing was great fun down the river with the elephants on show.
    Definitely recommend

This was an excellent tour. So much food! I’m celiac and they did the best they could to make sure my allergies were taken into serious consideration. Our guide was very knowledgeable and really ensured we were having an excellent time. I would highly recommend coming with an appetite!

Our trip started with Jojo picking us up in a Ute which felt very VIP since my partner and I + 1 other person were the only ones in the car. JoJo was very good as a tour guide with the others too (Golf, Jane and the last one I forgot his name!) They were all super friendly and helpful and it was awesome to hear more about Thai Culture through the caves and then the Kayaking part was hilarious with the yelling of the guides telling us to do "Forward left!" Before we go straight into trees, but was an amazing experience! Would recommend if ya have a day to kill this is it also it does take about an hour and a half drive out but there is a pit stop at a 7eleven along the way.

This is a great afternoon out – especially as the organisers offer a pick up from your hotel (although the website suggests specific meeting points, in practice they tailor the route to you). Once out of the city, the location is about 70 mins away in the hills – and the temperature is at least 10c cooler.

There are a total of 36 zips, bridges or nets and if you want to zip along the big one – 1,200 m – you have to take the full “extreme” version which is about £55.
I am not sure why there is an upper age limit of 65 – as long as you are reasonably fit, it’s fine. Most of the group were in the 20-35 range.

The zip lines themselves are fun rather than adrenaline inducing, and our group have five instructors which meant it was efficiently run with little wait times.

Its very safe, this is the only zipline I have been on (and I have been on quite a few) which has a second parallel cable of exactly the same strength on which your back up pulley is attached, so should the main cable fail, there is another. That’s pretty safe!

We had a great experience at Siam Garden Cooking school. The class was well organized and perfectly balanced for all skill levels. There were 16 people in our class and the staff was attentive to everyone. As a family of 4 we could try nearly all the meals they had to offer, and each were delicious. AI, Fon, Cream and the rest of the staff were extremely personable and funny as well. Not only did they teach us how to make the food but they also taught us about the produce in the market and their garden. I would 100% recommend

    Exceptional!
    Niti is the best!
Market tour was educational and informational mixed with flavor tastings.
Then there big time fun began building knowledge with demonstrations and hands on slicing, spicing, and putting it all together. Eleven (11!) gorgeous tastings during our class including soups, salad, curry, stir fry, and of course mango sticky rice to finish off the 5-hours of fun!
Coffee, tea & water are offered, but also cold beer and soda, as well as wine are available (and a relief if you add too much spice).
This was the highlight of our visit!
    Thank you!
